Jo served really well for most of the match. Ivan had a chance to serve out the second set at 5/3 but looked pretty tired by then as he barely moved his feet at all.

Interesting moment in the tie-break at 3:2 for Tsonga - he needed 5 serves to play the point (!):

- 1st serve - missed
- 2nd serve - out, Tsonga challenges (the ball was good and receives the 1st serve)
- 1st serve - missed
- 2nd serve - net
- 2nd serve for the third time - Tsonga loses the point after a forehand error :yeah:

Ljubo led 5:2 and lost 13 points in a row :)

The term choke is used way too loosely around here. Ljubo didn't look particularly tight to me as he dropped serve in the second set. More nonchalant and tired as he was probably feeling the effects of yesterday's match. He didn't put in much of an effort in the return game prior to serving out the set either.

Oh well. Tsonga should be feeling pretty fresh for tomorrow's final.

FUCK YOU LJUBO . If you continue like this you will soon lose status of Legenda . Impressive list of chokes for one tournament . In R1 lost a serve when he was serving for the set , yesterday MP on serve in 2nd set breaker and loosing a break advantage in 3rd set , today loosing a serve for the set again .Not bad. Neither guys like Almagro or Cilic wouldn't be ashamed of this .

On the other side nothing positive for Tsonga from this match . He was awful also but the combination of his serves and mainly Ljubo's legendary returns won a match for him . Ljubo played as bad as he can and serving even worse and still had his chances

Ljubicic is tired after his match against Baghdatis. Tsonga has luck again.

yesterday MP on serve in 2nd set breaker

Baghdatis played outstanding point to save it, Ljubo didn't do anything wrong in that point.

It's amazing that Ljubicic can still be so competitive against a top 20 guy like Tsonga at his age, as well as being a top 20 guy himself :worship:

Tsonga looked completely in control until he got broken in the second set with some stupid plays. Llubicic hold on to his serve until 5-3 then collapsed, don't think it was a choke as his game went completely dowhnill for the rest of the match. Probably tired. Tsonga was also pretty bad by the end though.

Good result for Tsonga, but he'll get murdered by Soderling tomorrow of course.

But neither Ljubo's combination of B2B FH's on service line in this point wasn't bad

this is where the word called "luck" really jumps in

Tsonga was just pathetic in 2nd set. They way he got broken at first was disgraceful - from 40-15 to lose 4 straight points. Then in 2nd set tb after starting great and having a 3-0 lead he made two stupid unforced errors on return while both shoots were quite easy. Overall he made like 4 ue's in that tb...

and that part with 5 servers was just http://forum.bettingadvice.com/images/smilies/facepalmua8.gif

Don't think Ljubo is going to be fazed by an indoor 500 tournament at this stage of his career.

Played a shit game. It happens. Doubt very much it was a choke
