I assume you mean Delray Beach, which is the same week. He is playing on clay to prep for Davis Cup, as Canada will play in Mexico the next week. Canada has two very winnable ties to make WG Playoffs, but both are on clay, which makes it more iffy.

Milos hasn't played on clay much, and his record is pretty poor on the surface.

Same Isner and Querrey last year! :)

Milos trained for 6 weeks in the offseason in Spain. Was much of that training on clay?

If it was then I'm interested in seeing what his current game is like on clay:)

but yeah, he's here to warm up for the Davis Cup tie that Canada has with Mexico the following week:)

Yeah sorry, meant Delray Beach. I makes sense after your reply, but still I think that such a player has his own career to look to first. He is on a roll now, not smart to travel to Mexico back and forth while you can play a weak Delray Beach on your favourite surface.

Raonic has pulled out. He would have been too tired he would have taken part in at least one match for 6 weeks. So he can have the week off then play Davis Cup. Then Indian Wells then Miami.

Raonic pulled out of the quali list. Is his SE secured already? Or is he just taking the rest?

Raonic is having the week off because if he plays he would have played at least one match every week for the whole year.

No, Raonic is OUT. Don't know if he'll get a WC into the MD, or he could get an SE if he wins tonight in Memphis. But he doesn't play qualis.

Leo Mayer? Why?

I saw their match against Almagro yesterday. He has any problem with his thigh. :(
His movement was very cumbersome and the doctors looked his thigh usually.
