One cannot say what the future holds but he is capable of winning multiple slams on hard courts. You can't write off someone who has won a career grand slam at the age of 24.

no its not. nadull won his 2 HC slams in his prime when federer was playing like shit and at the USO he got a cakewalk draw. he couldnt even get a set off ferrer for crying out loud. imgaine what murray would have done to him. both murray and djokovic keeps improving and they wont allow nadal at the table from here on. neither will federer. nadull needs to focus on caly adn grass where his fragile body and taxing game style wont cost him so badly. he is probably better only playing masters series and slams on hard court, if that much. nadulls chances at HC slams is numbered. you heard it here first.

no chance in hell of that happening old sport. i smell a possible upset at the FO and wimby here as well. as far as the USO goes he can just forget about that slam. he got lucky to win it once. no way he best any of the top 4 there now. soderling and berdych in also onto him now.

Maybe one more, if he gets an easy draw. But I would not bet my house on it.

Nobody will beat him at Roland Garros. Wimbledon, possible, but I'd still consider him the best grass court player out there. Berdych? Soderling? Those guys have no chance, they've beaten him once or twice, were hyped up to be 'Rafa slayers', and look what has happened since? He crushed them, again and again. As for the US Open, sure it'll be tough, but if he can stay healthy, he's unplayable, even at the US Open. Did you see the final against Djokovic last year? Novak played great and got spanked, you could see the desperation in his eyes, he knew he played his best and was still being wiped off the court. He didn't win it because of a so called 'cakewalk draw', he won it because when fit he's the best player out there, by far, even on his weakest surface. But go ahead, have your couple months of pleasure now that he has lost again in a slam, it will be a long time before it will happen again.

you seem very sure of yourself. nadull have never been troubled by djokovic on hard court. he got lucky that murray lost early on. not to mention that federer was awful in the semis. a fully on form murray and federer spells the end ofr nadull at the USO. same thing for wimbledon. nadull being upset at the FO isnt imporssible either, as soderling have shown. 1 slam for nadull this year max.

Yeah, Soderling proved in 2010 he totally figured out how to beat Nadal on clay  And yes, I am very confident on this, Nadal was never troubled by Djokovic on hard court? I'm sorry, but Djokovic led their hardcourt H2H 7-3, I believe, before they met at the US Open? Federer isn't a threat anymore in slams to Nadal, he might pick up an additional 1 or 2 along the way, when Nadal is out of the equation (like this AO). But he couldn't beat Rafa when he was in his prime and Nadal was a youngster, let alone when he is getting older and Nadal has entered his best years (I'd still favor Fed in a best of 3 match though). Murray at Wimbledon? Only if he serves like 70% first serves, which frankly, ain't gonna happen. Murray played near his best in 2010 SF and still got straight setted by Nadal. A fit Nadal won't lose another best of 5 match this year.

Will the clay court specialist who won 2 hard court fluke slams win any more, unlike hard-court horses like Davydenko, Soderling, Berdych, Tsonga who have still won zero?

Rafa is the GOAT
01-26-2011, 07:01 PM
For sure,
Rafa is still not on his prime
He still will get better
And I'm not saying that I want Roger to retire
No, I love the Fedal rivaly and I realy have a lot of respect for Roger
But when Roger retires that will help Rafa a bit (actualy it does not matter because Rafa's biggest Rival has been himself)
But I mean without Roger The draws would be more open and I think that it would help Rafa
I expect him to win a HC slam this year
And for sure a lot more than that in the rest of his carreer
And for the people who think I would fergat it
Rafa is still the only man right know that can win a CYGS
But to begin, we will start with Roland Garros (and then SW19 and then USO and then the Rafa Slam);)
Vamos Rafa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm youre biggest fan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You are and gonna be my Hero!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good reply dipshit. Nadal had won three slams in a row coming into the Australian Open which obviously means he wins them like he takes shits so yes the accomplishment is very close although not the same value in relation to the sport but if you don't get what I was trying to say you should probably consider jumping off a bridge.
