Does lack of Fedal finals hurt validity of Roger & Rafa major titles??

So does the lack of Federer vs Nadal GS finals question the validity of both Roger & Rafa??

Could Rafa win the USO this year if he and Roger met? Would Roger have won all his USO titles if Rafa made a final? What about Roger's titles in Australia? Or all of his titles at Wimby?

Ok sure we've seen them meet once in Melbourne and once at Wimbledon. But what if they met more often and consistently? How different would the H2H be if Rafa got in Roger's way more?

If Rafa beat Roger in the USO final, Roger couldnt really be considered the GOAT anymore. So now, the question is still up in the air, no? Even though Roger lost in the semis.

Also, If Roger beat Rafa in the USO final tomorrow, Roger would be considered the better hard court player and his year would be a great success and the "who is better?" question would side in Roger's favor.

So how legit was Roger's Aussie Open title over Murray? What about Rafa's victories and Roland Garros and Wimby this year? What would we see if we had a consistent amount of Fedal finals instead of Rafa vs Roger just at Roland Garros? What would we see if Rafa could have gotten to the USO final at least once vs Roger's streak? What if they played more than 1 Wimby and AO final?

What would have happened if Roger was on his game and got to the RG and Wimby finals this year? What about if Rafa could have gotten in Fed's way at the US Open the past 6 years?

Interesting thought that has always left a question of disappointment after Federer's or Nadal's major titles.

Nadal needed Fed in the finals.

Now with bad matchup Nole in the finals, Rafa has no chance to win USO.

LOL yeah right, there is a lack. Nadal only faced Federer in 6 of his 8 titles (5 times in Finals and once in Semi). LOL compare that to Agassi's 8 slams, he only faced Sampras in 2 of them (Australian Open Final 95, Australian Open Semi 2000)!

You mean like Lendl's wins will always be in doubt because he never played Fed?
Just what have you been smoking?

And BTW, they met in WB thrice.

Djokovic lost to Nadal in the 2008 Olympics Semi-Final on a faster hardcourt than this US Open. Matchup favors Nadal. Djokovic is really only good at beating 2009 Nadal.

If you want to talk about invalid titles, why not talk about 09 RG? An injured Rafa lost to Toaderling then CrybabyFed won his RG without having to beat the best clay court player. Then the next year, a healthy Rafa schools Toaderling in the finals.

Pirata.

Four-time champion and #2 clay GOAT sends Hewitt to the bakery and then gets his ass handed to him by a guy he had sent to the bakery a few weeks prior in Rome

There is nothing invalid about Fed's win in Paris last year. It's not Fed's fault Rafa didn't make the final. Cry moar. :wavey:

I think of all the players in the history of tennis Nadal has the highest quality slam titles, because he beat Federer in 6 of the 8 titles. Whereas guys like Federer, Sampras and Agassi played a bunch of bunnies in majority of their slam titles.

Okay, let's take away Nadal's last two RG and Wimbledons, since he played a pair of bunnies and clearly doesn't deserve them

Djoker clearly leads Rafa on HC and those wins are not all from 2009. Let's try to stay objective.

Um, and then withdraws from Wimbledon due to injury. It was well known Rafa wasn't at his best in Paris last year as shown from his play last year compared to this year. And sending Hewshit to the bakery is easy, most players could stomp that useless mug into the ground.

I didn't say it was Fed's fault now did I? But it's known Federer won not beating the best. And you can go off and cry with Roger in Mirka's saggy twat after he choked 2 mps. :wavey:
