Whose game is more appealing to you: Sampras' or Nadal's ?

Hello everyone, I just have a stupid question.
99.99999999% agree that Federer has a wonderful fluid game. There's no question about that.

The thing is that I often hear people say that Nadal's game is awful, that just for that matter he doesn't deserve to be on top etc.
But the same people wouldn't argue the fact that Sampras is/was the GOAT...

So I'd just like to see what you guys (honestly) think...

I hated watching Sampras play. All he did was conserve energy for one return break and then just coasted the rest of the set. With nadal, I know that he is at least fighting in every game he can.

no competition

sampras was fun to watch

the coasting of sets always gave the opponent slim hope

I like watching Nadal more these days then I did in his young years.. Hes more aggressive with a much better serve. But I still enjoy the attack, big serving, and aggressiveness from the baseline as opposed to the more grinding style but to each his own. I prefer watching Sampras.. But watching Nadal is fun too

Watching a train crash is more enjoyable than watching Nadal...so I'm voting for Sampras.

Sampras -- it's a no-brainer.

But I do like watching Nadal when he hits a flat forehand up the line and finishes with the racquet across his body as opposed to above his head.

Nadal. I prefer actual rallies, not ace fest and trying to S&V even on second serves. That's why I love RG, lot's of LONG rallies

Not a fair comparison. I like to watch them both for completely different reasons. Sampras the master of attacking tennis, elegant and versitile game technically so sound in every area of the game.

Nadal you know you will get your money`s worth everytime, ultimate competitor, amazing counter punching ability, outstanding baseline play and ability to create topspin and angles. both are legends.....
