No, you're wrong. Neither Step 1, nor step 2, nor step 3 mention counting SRs together from all rounds and step 6 doesn't mention it either so there's no counting SRs together. The rule is perfectly clear.

Okay here's how I interpret the tiebreak rules.

1) compare SRs, greatest wins. If same then,

2) SR shootout, start with SR1 -> SR? until there is a difference, winner based on correct pick, or sets to loser rule. If still same then

3) PTS shootout: PTS1 -> PTS? if more than one PTS match using the criteria for awarding points. IF still same then.

4) Tournament countback - add up who got most picks correct from all previous rounds combined, not counting qualifying. If still the same

5) Compare round by round starting with last round, then one back, etc, one with most picks right wins. if same then

6) on last round compare SRs, if needed do SR shootout, if needed so PTS shootout. If still the same, then go back a round further if there is one and repeat.

I don't interpret it as needing to add up all the SRs across all rounds and comparing...

I take the Steps 1-3 from previous round(s) to mean do it for one round, if that doesn't decide it, go back another round, until you run out of rounds. If that fails then you go into game difference and number of games scoring.

true - the higher you get, the more likely you'll make it onto the qualifying lists for main tour events and not get stuck as ALTs. That's why I'm waiting, with my singles ranking I'm still likely end up as ALTs at main tour events and then you may end up not even playing that week. I don't think I'll bother trying main tour qualifying until I'm up to about 130-140 in singles.

It's weird, the speadsheet had always worked perfectly but this week I had problems with the SR count for the first time, too :confused:

Yes I have no idea why it's suddenly started acting up.

Will keep an eye on it and if it fails me again I will re-download it in case I have somehow corrupted the template.
