Yes. Hounds are so much for playing fetch. I had a Norweigan Elkhound who would bring the ball back one time or perhaps two if she felt particularly generous. After that she would go to the ball pounce on it, and then come back to me as if -- I showed you where it is, so if you want it, go and get it. I'm not going to get for you again."

Fetch is more for the retrievers and the working breeds.

Sight hounds are for beauty. I fostered a greyhound once. He was a racing dog. He was beautifully muscled. He also dearly wanted to kill my cats. But he was the best mannered dog ever. The dog had only been a kennel dog, but had the most perfect house manners. One time I took him to a New Year's Eve gathering (lots of doggie people there) and he very carefully went to each person there as if introducing himself to them. He let them stroke his head a few times and then moved to the next person. When he had met every person there, he went to a place in the living room and laid down in an elegant curl where he stayed for the rest of the evening.

They are amazing animals. ET (the greyhound I had) loved to run. He ran with my Giant, but she couldn't begin to keep up with him when he turned on the afterburners. But, after about 10 minutes he was done and ready to just hang out again.

Since you're a lawyer have you seen this dispute between FIFA and the Bavaria brewery thing? The ones where they chucked these ladies out because the dresses were provided by a rival brewery, though the logo wasn't visible.

Yeah, I read about that.

There are ways they could have gone about it, but the ham fisted way helps the brewery.

Spanish media is utter nauseating crap, I tell you. Worst impossible to find in the galaxy and beyond. They never EVER learn with this triunfalistic BS.

When THE HELL has Spain won any WC? WHEN? Idiots.Exactly

not like Spain has even won the WC, unlike us.

As Spain went into mourning, horns sounded in the streets of Geneva, strangers hugged each other and the beer flowed as freely as if the Swiss team had already won the World Cup itself. Not even the torrential rain could dampen spirits.

Students took a celebratory dip in the lake. Businessmen and women in Berne and Zurich left their offices early to settle in for a night of celebratory drinks.

In parliament, proceedings were suspended with 15 minutes of the game remaining so that the historic triumph could be witnessed.

One student, Stefan Muet, 23, said: “Switzerland is the happiest nation on Earth. We have beaten the favourites. We can now go on to win the tournament. Anything’s possible now.”

I find the whole thing rather pointless and a tad stupid. I mean, if you really want to ignore someone you don't need any list, you just ignore him. And anyway you see the notice that his/her post is there but you can't read it. What's the point in reading only what you like? How silly.

JM, it's not as if you're nothing but sweetness to Maria and no, it's not always a triggered reaction either.
My guess is that you're actually loving the attention she's giving you (which could explain why she's keeps on mentioning you....oh, the drama)

What's the point in reading only what you like? How silly.
What's the point in reading what you don't like?

Example, I put trolls who are just repetitive as hell on my ignore list so that their posts disappear and I don't have to keep on scrolling to get to the next post.

but if you actually just believe me, yes really, its not because of you. i just want to get my f*cking amazing internship, i have to work on my thesis, my exams.. im on the phone non stop and when im not on the phone there are roommates here asking about the weekend and showing them the pics.
