GIL REYES TALKED ABOUT GUILLE in La Nación, an argentine newspaper.
And he said this:

We talked a lot w/ him, but I'm still w/ Andre (...) But once he's
out of the circuit, which I think it's gonna be this year, I would
like to work w/ Coria. With all due respect, I HOPE DESTINY MAKE
THAT POSIBILITY A REALITY.

Why him? Cuz he has heart and game. He's lacking physically. I've
been offered to work w/ Roddick and the Williams sisters, but in
both cases I said no. I want to do it w/ Coria cuz I know HE CAN
ACHIEVE GLORY. Improving his physic he can leave a mark in this
sport. This is what I look for. I'll give u an example: w/ Andre
also Sampras and Jim Courier were there. They all retired and Andre
is still playing, cuz he wants to leave a legacy. And Coria can
achieve that too..

Coria has to work in his legs. I would recommend what we did w/
Andre: to select the seasons. That's what mark the difference for
the great players. If you remember, in the early 90's Andre didn't
play Australia and Wimbledon. We chose the tournaments in order to
have a good aproach. We divided the year in 4 parts: 2 for playing,
2 for physical strengthen. When I knew him, Andre was in 60 kg, now
he has 20 more in muscle.

After Roland Garros I talked to Guille. We lost twice there w/ Gómez
in 1990 and Jim Courier in 1991 and we always went out w/ the head
high. I now Coria will do what Agassi did in 1999 w/ Medvedev. It
doesn't matter he lost the final. Never go out the court w/ a low
head. Always w/ the head high and thru the big door. Guillermo is a
Great Champion kind, and Roland Garros will have to get used to see
him in the big matches. His day will come and he'll rise the trophy
above his head....
