Will Nadal keep rolling?

I expect it be much closer than Nadal's last 2 round but still will take it in 2.
6-4 7-5

It`s a guarantee that Nadal will loose more then 1 game in the match. It will be a nice match with lots of baseline rallies but Nadal is favoured in straight sets but completely diferent scoreline then last 2 matches

it's Rafita's to lose but Juanqui went the distance today, and is from the weak era so the expected winner is the ogre

Where do you draw the line between a tight set and a rout?

Anyway, what if there's one tight set and one rout. :p

Nadal will have to step up for this one. There is no chance for him to lose just one game. Most likely he will lose 2-4 games, in a competitive intense match with the winner always in doubt.

The match when JCF was carrying a hip injury and had to withdraw from several proceeding events. :)

Really?! They haven't played each other for that long? I knew JCF beat Rafa before. It's why I'm a bit puzzled by all these 'rafa will win' votes and posts.

cause im sick of nadal winning all the clay tourneys

What are you talking about?! I'm sure Rafa would trade the MC, Barcelona and Rome wins for Roland Garros. "You know", the one and only clay court slam? And if you hadn't noticed, Rafa hasn't won not one fucking title since!

The match when JCF was carrying a hip injury and had to withdraw from several proceeding events. :)

I didn't see this match. Must have been a pitiful affair what with Rafa barely moving and JCF...hobbled...?

rafita "I'm not obsessed with winning" will win, as he does in MC
That sounds like something Rafa would say. :inlove:Oh, Rafi:angel:. All other players should strive to be as humble and beautiful a human being such as you.

What is the issue with the verb "lose". Why everybody in this forum spell it incorrectly "loose". It is another verb. The correct is "lose".

04-16-2010, 09:04 AM
Last time they played (back in 2008 in Rome) Ferrero beat Nadal in 2 sets, so I expect this match to be very tight if Ferrero plays his best tennis. As for the winner...Nadal in 3, but I wouldn't mind Ferrero pulling an upset because I like him as a player.

Except he won't. Nadal wins in two. Probably won't lose a set this tournament.

Wind? Is wind a reason to stop a game? Its not like there's a tornado warning!!

Commentators in Denmark (Ret. ATP Player Kenneth Carlsen) was pretty furious with the desicion, and said this had never happened if it was the other way around...

I don`t think anyone would play tennis when it is raining and the wind moves the dirt into the players eyes

gorgo1986
04-16-2010, 11:59 AM
It was raining and the clay was blowing in their faces, the only reason anyone is calling Nadal out is because you all want him to lose, if it was a player you liked you would have all been all over the umpire. Now suck it up and stop your whining.

Commentators in Denmark need to shut it and concentrate on their whiny cheater of a Wozniacki who is an embarrassment to the game of tennis.

Half of the Roland Garros final last year was played in light rain. The wind is defiantly a non-factor and should never be a reason for suspending play.

What`s all the complaining about? The match was stopped early on in the first set,it`s not like they stopped it in the deciding tiebreak. It was in the best interest of the players and the spectators to stop the match. It wouldn`t have been anything good to watch if they continued
