Miami R3: Tsonga def. Kohli 6-2 7-5

Tsonga was in cruise control in the first set, lowered his level in the second and the last part of the match was pretty good quality from both players, I remember one very good BH volley by Kohli but the winner was NID ;)

Awful match until *4:2 (40-15) when Tsonga lost his concentration for a moment and later 5 match points, and we had a little bit of drama. Kohlschreiber was so pathetic that I felt he wouldn't have won this match even if had won 2nd set after saving match points.

Jo played very good, except for that game when he gifted the break back out of nowhere. His BH is getting better and better. Some of those DTL were :worship: Kohli played best on MPs

indeed Voo, the only noteworthy part of the match were the last three? games, specially on Kohli's serve, the rest was just meh

Kohlschreiber is very cringe-worthy in high pressure situations, always has been. That forehand miss on match point was just ugh..

Ugly match, zero atmosphere.

Only saw the second set. Tsonga looked in control but not totally dominant. Managed to brake, then played a DISGUSTING service game, I honestly thought he had injured his arm it was so bad. Then both player were somewhat good with Tsonga a little bit better.

Funny mix of repugnant choking and godly saves from kohli in the last game, along with some nice winners from Tsonga.

the match was always in Tsonga's racket, this match is a perfect example why Kohli can't win big titles

Kohli's been pretty average since San Jose, looks a bit tired and the serve isn't going to well. Hopefully he can rest up for a week and come good again on the dirt.

Jo :yeah: Please win this title!
