He finally gets to play his second tour level match (lost last year in the first round of Belgrade). He hasn't been playing too well of late so hopefully he can turn it around here.

IMG/Bolletieri (or however the fuck you spell that :help:) People from the academy always get them. Kei himself, Harrison, Watson, Larcher De Brito. etc etc.

I know but WC-er has to have some decent results to get this priviledge. 'Bearish favour' as Serbs say.

Yeah.
Yup. A lot of the Miami WCs are undeserved going on recent form. But I guess it's no different from tournaments giving players from the same country wildcards whether they are hopeless or not.

it's interesting that from 10 MD WC for both men and women 3 gone for croatians plus one for krajinovic
that's almost half WC

Hm... Filip is at the academy, but I don't think he is their "top dog" or anything like that (I think at least, maybe I'm wrong), so not sure why or how he would get such a big favour. In any case, nothing to lose, and maybe he could even make a solid result, why not. Good luck to him. ;)

I think what Radalek meant was that Krajinovic was 17 at the time he played his first (and only as kindly pointed out by Nadal Power) ATP tournamet, Serbia Open. ;)

It's not about that. He's the Tomic/Dimitrov/Krajnovic generation. But still to young, unexpirienced...I don't have a clue why he have got this WC. IC in his surname would be one of the most idiotic reason.

Dimitrov is a year older. Krajinovic, Tomic, Harrison, and Bhambri are all in the 1992 ITF class. It's certainly one of the best in recent years.

Not about that either. Guy just said that he is far from talent people are talking about. I mean, it is a little strange to judge someones talent without ever watch him hold the racquet, so I asked nicely.
And yes, his results are just a little disappointing as of late.

interesting but not good draw. he could have much easier draw. blake is in good form and has such a strong strokes. he plays one handed beckhand, and that is not good. he will probably demolish filip
