Suicide Tennis Davis Cup?

Should we hold a Suicide tennis for Davis Cup but instead of picking players every day we pick countries that will win their tie every round?

Well, I think, if we run Davis cup at all, it should be like that, picking countries not players.
I don't see how it could work in teams, so it would probably stay every player picks for themself.

Though I'm not sure how many are interested to play, judging by the number of responses here...

For the teams, a number of players from the same country will make picks, and the countries are listed according to their average points obtained.

Picking countries is the only option I think.
