That's very old news Star and there is a reason Koubek is known as the fashionista and this just adds to this persona.

He is a real knock out. I'm breathless with admiration.

I just want the blue shirt to beat the red shirt. :)

Just going along with the fashionista theme of the thread. :)

But in reality, I want the Swede to win because I like him. :)

Maybe you need a few more hours to get your sense of humor working. ;)

Nothing beats the yellow shorts that Koubek wore in 2002, doesn't matter as long as he wins this match.

I thought I noticed one the other day - and why not - it's very fashionable for women to have them done - so why not men? Actually I like Koubek a lot - reminds me of my erstwhile hero Thomas Muster - my fave player of the 1990's,

My fave player of the 1990's was Stefan Edberg. :)

I liked Muster ok. He came back from a terrible accident to be a top player that's admirable.

I also enjoyed Courrier when he played. I thought Higueras and Courrier were a great team.

Koubek is entertaining. :)

But, since he plays Pim Pim, I must root against him.

As much as I think Koubek is good and all, he will always be a poor mans Muster, and it's hard for any Austrian player to top the achievements that Muster had in his career.

Yes exactly! I remember Gstaad where the reporters asked him about similarities between him and Thomas Muster right after he had clearly defeated Ferrero on clay. :( That can't be easy. Every Austrian player in the future will be compared to Thomas Muster. That's a bit sad. I really appreciate what Tom had achieved, but they all are their own personalities. :)

And I just LOVE his belly button ring :toothy: ;) *blushes*! :)

PS: Congrats to Joachim Johansson, he played better. Seems like Stef has gotten a bogy team (two defeats in two weeks ... *hmmm*) ... hope not. :p
