Crime against tennis. Atrocious quality.

Heavy money beforehand on the 2-0 and under suggested this wasn't going to go 3 sets. Lo and behold, Chela lost 5 games in a row for the match.

lol monaco true definition of a mug. there was 5 break of serves in the first 8 games something like that.

the quality of tennis wasnt bad it was just incredibly erratic, monaco was shouting a lot lol.

he should make the finals before bending over to gonzo.

Play better in the next round Pico. I still think this tourney is very much Gonzo's to lose but it would be nice to see him challenged in a high quality match.

Chela is not gonna establish himself in the top 60 again if he keeps throwing matches.

Well, at least it was better to see this match than Joshua Goodall losing with Zhang...

Chela is playing probably his last year on the tour so by this time it doesn`t matter if he lose in the 2nd round. Chela at least reached the 15th place in the world in 2004 and won 4 ATP titles and reached other 5 finals. If he was British he would be ranked as the best British player beside of Henman and Murray among "born in UK" British players.

Monaco is trying to return back and knowing that he is not going to be a big star I appreciate him for doing his best and improving his performances after a period of injuries and sickness. ;)
