Federer finally getting his due by the US media

I'm happy to announce that Federer is no longer invisible in the sports media. I think they finally took notice after his 2nd Wimbledon win. He was shown carrying the Swiss flag at the Athens opening ceremonies, and his results regularly mentioned in the evening news, along with Agassi and Roddick.

Plus, it's nice that he is featured in US Open advertisments seen in the subway.

:haha: if that ever happens, I guess his dad will just have to come down and accept that trophy on behalf of him ;)

It would be better if they called him "Robert Ferrero". You can't expect whoever it was that was responsible for "Christine" to learn two foreign names in one year, can you? :confused:
