Lol, no Verdasco. Didn't he take the WC in Acapulco to prepare for this tie?!

Ferrero and Ferrer are too good in form on clay,

Still without Federer easy tie for Spain.

It's a shame Federer d'ont play this one. In this conditions, Wawrinka and Chuidinelli for singles and the duo Allegro - Wawrinka in double are the best options. And lammer desserve more than Bohli to be actually the substitute, especially on clay.

For Spain, it's incredible the injuries (Nadal, Ferrero). Ferrer is legitime to play but why Verdasco don't play this one as he play in Acapulco ??? i don't understand. Almagro had great matches recently but in this tie not very risky for Spain, i would have picked F. Lopez or Montanes in the second rubber. For doubles, Robredo-Granollers is good option but the presence of Feli Lopez should have been good alternative for singles and doubles even if clay is not his best surface.

Played on indoor clay. Who will win?

I think Almagro in 4 possibly 5 sets.

Its clay so Almagro on Grass/HC I would say The Concubine of DOOM would have won

Almagro is tough 5 sets.

This is the type of match that has a 90% chance of a 5 setter

Let's go Almagro.

This should be a battle

Almagro instead of Robredo, that's pretty surprising.

Almagro instead of Robredo, that's pretty surprising.

I think this is the more logical choice!

It's a hard choice but Robredo on best-of-5 clay is almost unbeatable. Almagro is also very good in best-of-5 lately, but he wasn't really impressive on clay the last weeks.

Doesn't really matter though, they'll still win.

Time to be the Man, Stan!

Stan should take this one or he would have better not playing the tie at all...

Almagro win will, which will lead to him being even more hated than he already is on MTF.

I don`t want to see a Spain whitewash so i hope Wawrinka gets the first point and 1-1 on the first day will be ok.
