omg. If I washed my hair with coconut oil it would be a mess. I wash it every other day because every day is too drying, but on the evening of the second day -- it's a little oily. Too dry = no shine. Too oily = uggo.

Same here.

Since last month I have noticed I'm losing too much hair. They say it's not unusual in the fall () but I'm a bit :scared: about it. Maybe I'm getting bald like R****o. :bigcry:

I doubt cats have that level of intelligence. If they are provoked they will attack. Though the cats in those videos probably have a higher IQ than the parents of those babies. :retard:

Would you risk your kid getting scratched in the face, eyes etc just for some laughs? It's irresponsible if not sadistic.

I will give them the benefit of the doubt and think that they either knew their cat very very well, or the cat was declawed.

I do think that cats have the intelligence not to use their claws. I've had a cat who was exceedingly gentle with her claws, and others who have showed me they have exquisite control of their claws. I had one cat who despised being picked up, but would let children drag her around any way they pleased. In fact when she heard children outside, she would ask to be let out so she could join them. I had a cat try to wake me up by gently putting his paw on my face and when I kept my eyes closed he put more pressure on, and when I persisted, he unsheathed his claws just a teensy tiny bit and let me feel the prick of them. It was sort of "ok lady. We can do this the nice way or....."

Scar tissue is funny?

since i don't see the babies' flesh opening up before my eyes and blood seeping out, i'm guessing the cats are declawed, or else they are insanely gentle cats, or the children are made of kevlar. but i'm going with declawed.

I don't know. Even if the cats in the videos were declawed, they could still get too annoyed and bite the babies. I think it's the wrong attitude to pit the baby against the animal just for your enjoyment instead of teaching it to avoid annoying/torturing the animal and not treat it as if it were a toy.

Not to mention that one day the kid might happen to be in another house/environment where the animal is not as tame and end up getting seriously hurt.

I've never noticed that about me but now I'm going to start paying attention. Maybe it doesn't happen so much in my area because we're fairly humid year-round. Like a couple of you, my hair is straight and fine. It gets a bit wavy in high humidity. It never used to, that's new. My hairdresser said people's hair changes, on average, every 7 years.

One of my colleagues told me she washed her hair with coconut oil sometimes. I'm guessing it was to keep it sleek and prevent the dryness(?)

Coconut oil is actually a time-tested thing and very good for the hair. Earlier, women in India used to wash their hair only once a week. The daily care consisted of applying coconut oil and plaiting their hair. Of course this plasters the hair on the head but those people did not mind that . What I do now is once a week, I apply oil to my hair, leave it in for a couple of hrs and then shampoo my hair. It helps a lot:yeah:

Oh, you are ruining my stereotypes! I always think of every Indian having luxurious hair -- thick and luscious and shiny and perfect.

No, I agree. I think parents should teach children to be very gentle with animals and that animals are not there just for their enjoyment. I don't like it when humans get animals drunk or things like that. Playing with them is fine. I knew a young man who would scream and pretend to chase my cat aggrssively -- frightening my cat horribly, and when I got mad, he said in his stupid frat boy way, "Well, if he can't take a joke." Yeah. Really? He's a CAT.

Not cutting hair makes a difference. I think hair at least needs to be trimmed at the ends a little bit for it to grow well.

Her hair used to be to her waist and now it's shorter -- I think because of breakage. It's very curly too. She says it's not as thick as it used to be either.

Her daughter(granddaughter actually) is half Thai, and her hair is well down below her waist already. She wears it pulled back tight into a braid. I wonder if pulling it back tight like that is really good for the hair, but it's not my hair.

The hair must be trimmed periodically. It grows much nicer and faster afterwards, I noticed that on mine. Also it grows less in the late fall/winter and falls much more in the same period. In the spring it will be fine again.
Also I remember when I was expecting Petru. I had the best hair of my life :inlove: It was less greasy, more wavy than ever and I had blonde shades. Perfection :hearts:

I know a woman who had long straight limp hair. She had chemo therapy and all her hair fell out. But, when it grew back it grew back in soft curls and now she has gorgeous hair.

I think maybe that is too drastic though :p Ditto the pregnancy.

By the way - just in case anybody is remotely interested:

you know that the Flemish anti-doping authorities have punished Wickmayer and Malisse with a 1 year ban for not fully filling in their whereabouts 3 times?

WADA is going to try and get a 2 year ban instead.

Given the fact that most of the time, Linda doesn't give a flying fuck how most of the others in here are doing when they announced that they felt ill, I don't quite understand why she would expect us to flood her with attentive posts but still...

 Linda, no need to bother with the hypocrites, never change, sucking up to people that you don't even know and that stab you in the back at any occasion... :o

It's ridiculous, isn't it?

The thing is that Wickmayer and Malisse have hired a small army of lawyers and they're going to attack the whereabouts system from all sides (or so they say)
One of the lawyers in the team has a reputation in this sort of thing since he's the main laywer behind the Bosman ruling (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bosman_ruling)
This is a counter-attack from WADA.

I need you girls to help me figure out that thing here :(

There's that girl I connected with recently, an old colleague I met once when I wasn't single, hot blonde. We chat on our internal MSN all day long for one week (still haven't met her though). Problem is she's not single, she took a bit time to tell me that and today she wrote me she couldn't make love with her bf for about one week, and she tells it's my fault! :cuckoo: She added that she was confused these days and was thinking too much... I fail to see how it could be related in the least since we haven't met each other for more than 6 years! Women, when something's wrong they have to blame it on men...

Is this a woman "thing" or is she just some kind of weirdo? :o

:cuckoo: She added that she was confused these days and was thinking too much... she's either up for an affair and then she'll "reluctantly" conclude she needs to stay with her bf (shagging him all the while), or she wants a reason to escape her relationship and jump on someone else's disco stick and you're it.

Sorry to interrupt the ACC talk but DC is tomorrow :scared: and I'm very  about Ferru against Radek :bigcry:
Spain have problems - they're not in great form. Rafa will still likely get his 2 points but the third is a problem. Ferru really needs to pull out one win somewhere.

I connected with her in the first place because a friend who knows her better told me she would surely be up for a sex affair with me (that's actually all I'm looking for right now :o). The more we talk the more she freaks me out, pretty sure if ever put a hand on her I won't manage to get away with it that easily... :scared:

And somehow I was seeing Ferru's chances against Birdshit better, especially in the 1st day. It's crap if they go 1-1 after the 1st day, lose the doubles and then rely on Ferru/Nando/JCF to do the job in the decisive :scared:

That's actually not a walk in the park :o I mean I work with 95% of men (technical department) and the 5% remaining are either hideous, dumb, or lesbians... Most of my friends are male and are living in couple... I don't go out (in places where I could meet girls) that often cause it bores me very quickly most of the time (and I'm not 20 anymore :o).
