What events are the top players playing before Australian Open?

Just wondering which events well be played by Federer, Parera, Djokovic, Murray, that could influence the rankings they have in the Australian Open if for example Parera finishes this year number 2 but only 100 points shy of Federer, or if Djokovic finishes this year really close to Parera or if Murray finishes just behind Djokovic. Then the events early next year could switch the rankings around :yeah:

see the section of the forum "upcoming tournaments - more".

Someone said that Nadal would play Doha but gave no source for that

Fed will not play Kooyong this year (Doha is in his program)

Murray is playing Hopman Cup instead of defending Doha, so that's 250 points coming off.

It's the name on his birth certificate Nadal Parera, most Spaniards and Portuguese have their mother and fathers surname on their birth details.

I agree Djokovic is the favorite heading into the Australian Open, because it is maybe his favorite surface and he is in career-best form :yeah: but Federer is a lock to make the final of every slam, so he may be equal favorite regardless of the form :yeah:

I believe Federer and Rafa are both playing the exhibition in Abu Dhabi again next year.
