Ok in the mens 35 nationals just recently there was something that caught my eye. In the back draw all the seeds were on 1 side. Take a look

As you can see all the seeds that lost in the main draw, no matter what section of the main draw, fed into the top half of the back draw.

Has anyone seen this before?

You musn't take a look at to many USTA draws. They always have bizarre backdraws because of the uneven number of entrants.
