How much did this 1st round loss hurt Gonzo's chances of making the YECs? Also I'm upset, I was hoping for a Rogie vs. Gonzo SF. Possiblities for a SF opponent include: Isner, Gasquet, Lammer, and Chiudinelli.

Screws him. Mathematically he could squeeze in with a sf in Paris, but realistically he probably needs a final minimum, and even that might not be enough.

Anyway, you can't really say he's deserved it with recent form. Verdasco is playing with about 5 different injuries and still grinding out the wins to try make London.

He prolly won't, the scheduling is horrible. Huge long match, and they were on till well past midnight. Now he plays at around 6pm the next day.
