Wawrinka seemed to have a problem with his hip right from the start. Radek wasn't at his best either. Both players lost serve three times.

Hip problem for Stan apparently. Didn't seem to be bothering him at all and then he just suddenly quit. Maybe I missed something. Anyway, he only has himself to blame. He was in all of Steps's serve games in the second and had 3 bps at 5-5 to serve for the match. But Rado stood his ground and took this initiative in the tb and then in the third.

C'mon Sexy. You can beat Davy! :D

Wawinka should't have reached 3rd round at all :p His win over Kubot in the 1st round was one of the luckiest ones this year.

:lol: Rome last year was pretty bad...but those retirements happened at the end of the tournament. So hopefully Shanghai has some good final matches
