Verdasco in 2, if Davy gets it to 3 he'll win.

Davy in an easy two sets, much better player than this Verdasco.

How is this court playing? If fast, Fer. If not, Davy.

Unlikely that Nando will get out of this pigeon hole just yet.
In general, does he have a decent record against any excellent returner?

His record in finals is healthy and the more important thing Nando give him the rythm and tempo that he loves.

cheering for verdasco, but in the end, i think davy will prevail in 3.

i know this is probably not relevant, but verdasco did get cleaned up convincingly by davy last time at the french open, maybe that could be in the back of verdasco's mind??? i think davy leads the H2H between them as well.

Yup, Davy has a 5-1 h2h. Verdasco is a nice opponent for him - pace to feed off, but not so much that can overpower him.

Verdasco's serve has been rubbish for a while now too. He'll need to dominate the rallies, and against Davydenko that's a hard ask for him.

Davydenko is better on fast surface than that sore loser. Show how much you know about tennis.
