Team selections for September ties
World No. 2 Andy Murray will spearhead Great Britain's campaign to avoid relegation to Europe/Africa Group II. The British team faces Poland in a Group I relegation play-off in Liverpool, where Murray will be joined by Ross Hutchins, James Ward, Josh Goodall, Dan Evans and Ken Skupski. The six-man squad will be trimmed to four by the official deadline for team nominations - 8 September.

Might possibly go down on the Sunday if there's any spare tickets.

You should mate. Not the best tie on paper, but it is pretty inconceivable that the whole thing will be over on Saturday. I'd say a live 5th rubber is a distinct possibility if the draw allows it (#2 vs. #2 as last rubber).

Bit the bullet and booked tickets for the Friday, a couple of days ago. Still think that asking £27 is a bit cheeky, but as long as Muzza plays it isn't too bad. More interested in the other singles anyway...should be competitive, although the standard of tennis could be a bit :spit: at times!

Murray and Hutchins to switch sides of the doubles court. M to play on the right so he doesn't have to cover the backhands out wide.

Still can't find it. It seems like there's only livescore for world groups. Weird, Andy Murray playing and there's neither stream nor livescore. Btw, Davis Cup's website sucks.

Wow, I didn't expect for Finland to be in a group higher up than GBR, but now it will be true. At the very least I didn't expect it to happen this soon.
