Q-bot :yeah: Qualified to the main draw in Masters tournament for the first time in 5th attempt. I think the best for him to draw Kohlschreiber or Acasuso in the 1st round.

Lukasz :worship:

But Gabashvili in Q1 was by no means a tough draw.

Voo, Kubot tried this year at Indian Wells (lost to Marc Lopez) and at Montreal (lost to Benneteau). What were the other two attempts? Where and who beat him?
Petzschner, Seppi and Serra wouldn't be that bad for Q-bot as well. What do you think?
Even Hanescu is still beatable. Only Querrey is out of Kubot's reach.

Querrey is not out of his reach, I think. If Lukasz serves well, then he is definitely in with a shot. Obviously he will be the big underdog, but Querrey is not unbeatable.

What a huge chance for him to play Federer in R2 :) That would be great!
I think that Kubot is capable of beating Acasuso.

Voo, Kubot tried this year at Indian Wells (lost to Marc Lopez) and at Montreal (lost to Benneteau). What were the other two attempts? Where and who beat him?

First: Indian Wells 2006, lost to Gimelstob 1-6 2-6.
Second: Paris 2006, lost to Seppi 6-3 4-6 6-7(4) after 3 hour-match. I was following that match on the scoreboard. Kubot saved match points on serve at 4:5 and 5:6, I think 6 or 7 in all, so was relatively close to win amazing match.

Petzschner, Seppi and Serra wouldn't be that bad for Q-bot as well. What do you think?
Even Hanescu is still beatable. Only Querrey is out of Kubot's reach.

I think about his potential second round match. I think it'd be great for him to play in such a big event against Federer or Tsonga. Almost certain thing, he would play against Federer on Centre Court. Obviously he is on this level it would be very tough to win a set against Federer or Tsonga but defeats against players this calibre are important for players like Kubot. It's time to learn something new and make use of those experiences against players on the similar level.

Oh, I see Q-bot plays against Acasuso as I wanted, good chance to beat him and learn something from Federer :)

Thanks Voo for that stats. I forgot about his match with Seppi. It's good to hear also that Kubot played really good and that this victory made him so happy.
Kubot will play tomorrow 3rd match from 11 A.M. on Court 4. Acasuso's tennis is a little bit similar to Kohli's, and we know h2h of Kubot with Kohli ;) Acasuso is not very patient during rallies. This is the kind of a player that Kubot should like to play with. Moreover, Acasuso is on 5 matches losing streak and this will be his first match on hardcourts this season. During those 5 matches he retired twice so he may still be strugling with some injuries. Let's hope Q-bot can pass through.

Yeah, Acasuso is a great opponent for Q-bot :) On the other hand Acasuso is unpredictable. He can be fit & hungry, beat Kubot easily and take a set from Federer...

Benneteau is a complete mug. There isn't a professional player out there who couldn't beat him. Except maybe Gulbis at the moment.

Benneteau lost to Kubot and now has reasonable chances to reach quarterfinals :o Tomorrow plays against Melzer; in the potential 3rd round Youhzny or Garcia-Lopez.
