Koeller was up 3-1 in the 3rd set, had 4 BP's at 4-3* and MP at 4*-5. Wasn't meant to be. Don't know the exact injury but it looked mighty painful.

:bigclap: to him for continuing the play even though he could hardly move at 6*-5.

He kinda had an outburst at Mo for not letting him have an injury timeout when he looked in deseperate need of it at 4-3* deuce, Verdasco serving. He called him the worst umpire he's seen in his 7 years on tour, amongst other things. :eek:

Koellerer had a match point.

Crazi Dani played an amazing tiebreak in the 1st set. He was simply on fire.

Koellerer cramping at the end, had a break in the 3rd set, but lost it. He was down 15-40 at *5-5, but got a time violation and lost the break.

He went out, could hardly move and let Verdasco serve out the match.

Crazy, crazy match.

Looked early on as if Verdasco would run away with it, when he went 3-0. Then he double faulted twice in a row from 40-30, was broken, and lost the plot. Dani went to 5-3, Forehando broke back, and it went to a TB (which Forehando started with another doublefault, and then lost 1-7, oops).

Nando, 190 min. to defeat crazy dani :o

:yeah: no need to retype all this. Gutsy performance. How many of these guys today would have just retired and not finished it out.
