Top Players

In the new ATP website there is a distinction between top players and other players.
For example:
Rajeev Ram - top player
http://www.atpworldtour.com/Tennis/Players/Top-Players/Rajeev-Ram.aspx
Pete Sampras - regular player
http://www.atpworldtour.com/Tennis/Players/Sa/P/Pete-Sampras.aspx

Can someone make a list of all "top players"?

What's the distinction?

It says "Retired" next to sampras... Looks the same to me otherwise....

The difference is in the URL address, whether the players profile is under /Players/ or /Players/Top-Players/.

I'm not sure how they differentiate the two  eg. Michail Elgin and Santiago Ventura are 'top players', but Olivier Rochus and Spadea aren't, despite the latter two being higher ranked and having higher career rank.

It makes sense that Sampras is just a 'regular' player, the category is probably for active players only.

So, can someone make a full list? I think it's funny to see the distinction they made
