Entertaining match, though the commentators were unintentionally hilarious. :o Blake was unlucky with a couple of shots and incidents. Solid from Murray.

Awesome for Muzza who never left 3rd gear, I felt sorry for blake though who I admire greatly

Pressure for wimbledon will be incredible now, cranked up far more notches - will make it nearly impossible for the lad, if he wins I think it would be one of the greatest british triumphs ever to conquer the expectancy

Well done to Andy.

I actually thought that was one of his weaker performances of the week, especially his serving which seemed a bit more erratic, and not quite as dialled in on the return of serve.

Nevertheless, there were very few hairy moments - he claimed he was nervous today especially towards the end but you'd be hard pushed to spot it, especially the way he served out.

Unfortunately, the British press, not known as the most restrained anyway, will take this first British win at Queens for 71 years and go absolutely potty for the next week.

That's going to be very annoying.

Well done though Andy.

Most difficult match of the week for Murray, he wasn't playing quite so well and Blake almost hit him off the court at times. Blake was also unlucky with a few line calls and net cords. Nevertheless Murray did enough to win, which is the bottom line.

I hope the media lay off him during the next week, and don't hype him up too much. This title has ZERO bearing on his Wimbledon chances; he is still the third best player.

Roddick NEVER worries about his large body pounding on big flat feet. He never looks at bad grass court surfaces. It's not clay!
He enjoys immature behavior and lies. He appreciates 'history'. He admires 'difficult draws' for Grand Slam hero Federer. He loves American role model Blake. He talks and talks about Murray, a flawless person who wears a pink hat. Poor 'victim' Roddick. Mama Roddick's proud of her honest son.

Typical Mirror headline. :retard:

"Andy Murray played 'best tennis of my life' in Queens Club win - and is hot for Wimbledon
:secret: But then the British No.1 immediately insisted he will ignore all the hype by continuing to live a "normal life'' in the build-up to his home Grand Slam."

If that was his best tennis he ain't winning Wimbledon.
