Nine aces, BP saved 4/4! :worship:
Funny this match was their first meeting at tour level although they were born in the same year.

Good luck against Darcis! :yeah:

He just won five back to back before falling to Ferrero.

Start winning some more matches, i.e. higher level ones, which he could and should be winning.

good run for JCF and winnable next match to.

Once again, it was such a pleasure to see JCF serve so well. It helps give his whole game a confidence boost. Malisse just couldn't sustain a high enough level and eventually lost patience.

Hmmm, didn't see him today, but he was playing reasonably well earlier this week. Good to see. :yeah:

Should beat Darcis...looks like he could finish the year top 50, although I'd hesitate to predict how much higher he might be able to go. Certainly not being tied to Masters events will help him for the time being.

Yup, he has so few points to defend. R64 at Wimbledon, 0 at Canada/Cinci/US Open, R32 at Madrid (Shanghai), 0 at Paris, and so on. With all those zeroes, he can even pick up plenty points with runs in 250s like Casa/Queens - only needs 300 pts and he's top 50.
