Today Santoro looked tall against the guy that handed him a memory-trophy. I repeat, tall.

Judging height of standing targets is relatively easy when "solid" objects are used as standard references. Distance has also to be taken into account.

Anyway, no engineer is going to admit this is tough, instead they prefer to use the old colloquial term "non-trivial" in some special cases. ;)

Monfils, or Del Potro or Robredo.

I've said so far that Muzza may struggle against Cilic, Tipsarevic, Starace and Chela if he didn't play well. He played well enough, and fought when he didn't play well.

This one's different. In Madrid I said Del Potro would beat Muzza and I was right. Here I'm saying Gonzo will beat Muzza and I will be right again, watch me.

It shouldn't read for Fed/Muzza fans either. It still is a Rafael Nadal forum in the first place.

Great, I will just need to know your name before I commit. You know, never play TT with strangers ;)

That's great, I hope your exams went well :) I know there's a shortage of available tournaments at the moment, I've been busy with work (and mourning Rafa's loss ). But I'll add some more today.

They went okay, had 4 essays due in and 5 exams within a week so didn't have much time to revise. Dark times.

I'll probably join in with mourning after the Murray-Gonzalez game, hope I've not jinxed it now.

I wonder if the Toad will have an emotional let-down after his huge victory, the key is whether his power will frustrate PMK enough to disrupt his game. If Davydenko manages to get him on the run it will be curtains. Very interesting match.

well, Davy doesn't play traditional clay court tennis in the tradition of the Argies, but he moves well on the dirt and he usually plays good enough defense to give him at least a chance at winning (except today apparently). Perhaps I should have said a "more" proper clay court game.
