I don't know is it just because I know its his tournament or because two Serbs were playing in Serbia, but it just looked like some good old sparing session before dinner. Tho, I agree, there were some very nice shots there, especially quite a few passing shots.

Tipsy was hitting very hard and accurate in that second set and he won it deservedly, however he couldn't maintain such high level for the third too. Looks like there is too much clay on court.

Personally I think this is at least as entertaining as Rome final. Crazy shots, just crazy...

I thought so too. It seems like they covered wet clay with the new one without removing enough of old dust.

That's what I thought too. Extend it to the third set and let the crowd enjoy for thier money. Nole is a businessman too.

And yeah, he speaks 4 languages (Serbian, English, German and Italian)!

Did you actually watch it ? I thought it was top quality stuff. Following the Serbia Open via live streaming [mms://212.200.191.88/atptour]. They've done a great job in completing everything on time and for sure they'll sort out the teething problems for next year eg. covers (!!?). Also, that announcer that treated yesterdays match like an exhibition... not on... follow protocol, it's a competition, Novak didn't seem to happy about it either.
