He got married and is on his honeymoon. Roddick is NEVER one to shy away from things, even if he struggles on the clay courts. This was obviously the best time for him to take off and get married since the clay season is never a huge points season for him anyways. It would be stupid of him to do it during any other season as his ranking will suffer greatly.

He'll play Madrid.

Clearly not a fan.

He's not on his honeymoon, he's too busy track training with local radio show hosts in Austin, making eggs and starbucks runs, photographing his dog, and telling the world about it on twitter :tape: how a propos, he just posted that he's coming back in Madrid :tape: :help:

I can't even remember.......shoulder, ankle, back/neck, knee, those are just the ones i remember off the top of my head:o

Today, Andy tweeted that he planned to play Madrid. This was after he ate soy eggs in the morning, ran Bobby Bones off the track, went to Starbucks afterwards, took pictures of his dog in the car, got pissed that Miami lost to Atlanta, and had a smoothie before hitting the practice courts. Tonight, he'll probably watch the other b-ball playoff after he drops his wife off at the airport back to NYC.

Thought you might like to know. :D

It's been a few years, hence why I don't care if he skips clay altogether. His body rejects it wholly.

Thanks to him, his mother is in the ATP.
I can't tell the difference between him and his "special mother".
It doesn't change the results with her playing instead of him.

Even if he is, I don't think it would be a big loss for somebody...

He should just play one warmup and hopefully win a few matches and then just see how RG goes. :)

It's probably better that he's in top shape for Wimbledon. :)

Hmm...maybe Andy should skip the French all together then to be in perfect form for the grass season...wait wait, he just take the rest of the year off and win the golden slam next year!!

Honestly though, honestly...there's no reason he can't make the second week. R16 is certainly possible for him. I just think, well, he probably thinks actually, why bother? He doesn't need the points. He's basically just competing for majors at this point in his career. A ranking in the top 6 is good enough for a decent draw...after that it's some luck but he's got 2-3 more years left to compete for USO, Wimbledon, and AO titles.

Fish-Roddick final seems highly likely at this point.

Who's he fooling? The laughing stock (and clueless failed abortion) doesn't care that his family is laughing at their ability to use him as an errand boy.
He auctions himself off and chats on the phone with the money whore mother.
He pleasures the bitch,
Elton John and losers (Anna Kournikova, Federer's target practice Jesse Levine) in tennis exhibitions 2 days before ATP matches.
The sense of fun reserved for guilt-ridden retards has no limit.
He'll again shave his head for his bleach-haired, airheaded wife (clearly, his losing fantasy basketball pleases her).

He loses in Davis Cup for Nadal, Federer and McEnroe's amusement, then "chats" again on the radio. :wavey:

Why be respected and learn tennis and family values from winners like Nadal?

I wish every top player had a truly insane, ranting hater like Andy has with heya.

^^I think the only reason heya doesn't hate Nadal is because she doesn't seem to know much about him. She pretty much hates everyone else. ;)

Anyway, on topic, Andy is very clear about his goals during the clay season and I commend him for it.
