No qualie list, it depends on who signs in at the event.

Koubek will get a WC, so he doesn't have to use his PR.
Gaudio getting a WC is pending whether he gets one for the main draw at Roland Garros.

Davydenko has retired today by injury of Madrid. Is probably that he can´t play in Kitzbühel

After all those withdrawals, Ljubo could be seeded. If he won't withdraw too. I guess he didn't expect by himself to get a WC for Madrid and then to make to QF.
Makes sense for him to skip this tournament.
