who is in danger of a big upset?
Who is most in danger of an upset in 4th round?out_here_grindin 01-24-2009, 07:32 PM who is in danger of a big upset? Johnny Groove 01-24-2009, 07:32 PM Del Potro and Simon betterthanhenman 01-24-2009, 07:33 PM Novak!! PiggyGotRoasted 01-24-2009, 07:34 PM gonzalez out_here_grindin 01-24-2009, 07:35 PM Del Potro and Simon see I didn't put them in the poll because, they wouldn't really be upsets. tangerine_dream 01-24-2009, 07:37 PM Novak. Johnny Groove 01-24-2009, 07:38 PM see I didn't put them in the poll because, they wouldn't really be upsets. Tsonga then Ivanatis 01-24-2009, 07:43 PM Tsonga osalsyst 01-24-2009, 07:43 PM I picked Tsonga because Blake is playing well and Tsonga has struggled in his last two matches. (Damn you Ljubo!) Djoker and Rafa should also beware. Fed, Rod and Murray shouldn't have any problems. out_here_grindin 01-24-2009, 07:50 PM Verdasco is playing fantastic but Murray is just too good for him. moon language 01-24-2009, 07:51 PM Tsonga losing to Blake would be an upset? ORGASMATRON 01-24-2009, 07:52 PM see I didn't put them in the poll because, they wouldn't really be upsets. You should have put them in because i dont see anyone you put there getting upset, cept Murray of course  Seriously though the ones that will come closest to upset is Del Pony and Simon. Dini 01-24-2009, 07:52 PM I'm saying Nole. He has not been all that convincing, and all it takes for Baghdatis is a little bit of inspiration and that champion's mind. He can do it. out_here_grindin 01-24-2009, 07:54 PM You should have put them in because i dont see anyone you put there getting upset, cept Murray of course  Seriously though the ones that will come closest to upset is Del Pony and Simon. It would be upsets based on seeds but Cilic and Del Pony are evenly matched. Many consider Monfils the favorite against Simon by already talking about his matchup with Nadal. federernadalfan 01-24-2009, 07:57 PM djoker and tsonga biological 01-24-2009, 08:27 PM Murray  Certinfy 01-24-2009, 08:45 PM Blake beating Tsonga :) q.j. 01-24-2009, 08:53 PM Djokovic, Tsonga maybe even Boredo takes off his virginity belt?? sammy01 01-24-2009, 08:58 PM Del Potro and Simon i have to agree even though i like both, there respective 4th round matches are tough. still cmon simon and del potro. madmanfool 01-24-2009, 09:50 PM Who has to win in the Roddick-Robredo match for it to be an upset? :) ORGASMATRON 01-24-2009, 09:58 PM Murray  Murray could beat Nando still if he plays really well but he can forget about Tsonga. Ranger 01-24-2009, 10:24 PM Always difficult to say for me. There are so many possibilities of results in one matchup (Nole-Baggy, Tsonga-Blake...). Don't underestimate Robredo. He played some great matches I didn't expect so from him and Roddick hadn't really a big test in his first rounds. I wouldn't be surprised when Robredo can make it to a fifth set or even win, though I would be disappointed about Roddick. But I think - Roddick in 4. ORGASMATRON 01-24-2009, 10:30 PM I dont get why everyone is saying Djoke, he's gona tear that cypriot a new asshole. amonb 01-24-2009, 10:35 PM Murray could beat Nando still if he plays really well but he can forget about Tsonga. Hopefully Fed. Then maybe we'll see the little bitch crying again.... Fedex 01-25-2009, 04:54 AM Well it's pretty obvious that it's Federer at this point, down two sets to Berdych. He has just played a horrible match so far.... tons of errors and leaving so many balls down the middle of the court. Kudos to Berdych for taking advantage. Federer certainly doesn't deserve to win the way he's playing. Serenidad 01-25-2009, 04:56 AM Go Fred. :rolls: habibko 01-25-2009, 04:57 AM         drf716 01-25-2009, 05:00 AM federer should at least win so marat's loss is not in vain... pogotheorist 01-25-2009, 05:05 AM Is this the closest thing to a match thread on here? Are they illegal or something? Anyhow: Fed's chances of pulling back are about 1/8. orangehat 01-25-2009, 05:06 AM The joker's losing his marbles (cards, rather). Might be in danger I feel. ORGASMATRON 01-25-2009, 05:06 AM Cant believe Fed is losing to this Chech wank  ORGASMATRON 01-25-2009, 05:09 AM Czechmate Whooooooo real genius you are :haha: Aloimeh 01-25-2009, 05:12 AM Whooooooo real genius you are :haha: No, but who cares if he's Czech? You're the one who brought it up. RagingLamb 01-25-2009, 05:25 AM no discussion of live matches please. thanks. ORGASMATRON 01-25-2009, 06:59 AM It used to be Federer. Clydey 01-25-2009, 07:00 AM It should have been Federer. Can't get over how Berdych threw that away. Xristos 01-25-2009, 07:23 AM Novak. Arkulari 01-25-2009, 07:30 AM if nando keeps playing like he's doing, he might give a surprise ;) born_on_clay 01-25-2009, 08:14 AM Murray. Nando is on fire Kore 01-25-2009, 08:21 AM Murray being beaten by Nando babuska6 01-25-2009, 08:27 AM Nole. Baghdatis plays very well in Melbourne. I saw few points from his match against Fish and I was in shock! Amazing shots mainly from forhend. out_here_grindin 01-25-2009, 04:44 PM I just got a felling that Gonzo will shock Nadal (Brad Gilbert style pick) Cricketics 01-25-2009, 05:07 PM i wonder who those 16 people are who think Federer would be in trouble in 4th set. He lost first 2 sets in jest yesterday and later he just gobsmacked the opposition winning everything in the remainder of the game. 6-4, 6-4, 6-2, was the reading of the last 3 sets of the game. Total Awesomeness. if there is any game about which one should think twice before predicting the winner, its the Blake vs Tsonga game. | |
