What happened 2 years ago? Fena took Nadal to school. He still has monster forehand and great movement. His backhand is not any worse and serve is working.

could his backhand have become any worse?

and nadal is 10 times better than 2 years ago.

Canas has fallen through the floor in the last year

The biggest dissapointment in tennis last year by a country mile and he hasnt come back with new motivation.

It's not really surprising, I mean how much energy would it take to get a doping ban and then work your way up from challengers playing 100+ matches in 12 months and virtually make the top-10? That was an enormous mental and physical effort and it not difficult to understand how that effort has worn him out not only mentally but also physically with niggling injuries that won't get better at the age of 31.

Its funny how all you Nadal haterz can't understand that he's not going to lose against some low ranked players that have won 1 or 2 games such as Haas.
