Why do u call Kiefer Kiwi?

I remember Neely also said something like that in one of her posts some time ago when somebody asked about the nickname. She also said it started with one of his first tennis coaches in his early youth and there is no particular reason she knows why he started to call him "Kiwi" (no relation to the fruit or New Sealand).
