For people who say Ancic is the better player, why? Please just tell me what is good about Ancic's game? He was never a talent. He was always overrated. His ground strokes are technically bad and his serve is horrific for his height. In what field is he better than Verdasco other than his luck from previous years which have now obviously ran out?

Ancic hasnt really been the same since his ilness, will he ever recover his best, i dont know.

I can´t believe it, I´m so disapointed. Hope Ancic get better.

True. Tournaments with fast surfaces are getting rare. How Ferrer beat him on grass last year is just comedial. As I remember the ATP even decided to remove carpet as a surface for this season.

I think that was the fourth round because I remember that Verdasco was on the verge of getting a first ever grand slam QF berth when he was leading 2 sets up. You might be thinking of that 3rd round phenomenal match against Ferrer. ;)
