I didn't get anything tennis related. The X-Files season one DVD set was my favourite present this year.

Good to hear you're going to Wimby, Rainny. Hope to see you there next year. :wavey:

i'm surprised your parents share your view about tennis  it's not like it's a popular sport in germany these days.

actually they don't. my dad watches tennis from time to time, like when schüttler was in the aussie open finals in 03 he got up at 4 am to watch him play. but they do know what i like, plus something like that was high up on my wishlist this year.

@jimmy

we should meet up anyways then. chances are i can take you backstage. :)

Check your dictionary if you don't know what the lingerie is.

Beautiful lingerie is not cheap and always needed, so always good to receive, and I am not 8 y.o. anymore so Barbie Doll is not what I need these days.

i don't know but if i was a girl i wouldn't want my mom to choose lingerie for me. what's her train of thought like anyways? "oh yeah, that's the one, that's what would make my daughter look sexy so guys wanna hump her"...? :tape:

Yes, it is, but it is worth every penny! I don't even want to add up all the cost of what I've had done in the last 20 years, but my Grandma says I have a million dollar smile now.

The best thing I got this year was money.

Wow, some quite huge presents you got!

The best thing I got was a nice clock to wake up in the morning. I really needed it, I could barely wake up with the old one.. the bell was too soft it seems :p

Yeah, but it's not the same as the joy you get when you open a present and see it is something you wanted. :p

So sad to see that many ppl without gifts :awww:
I agree with w/e said that money can't compare with opening the gifts. I don't like money, anybody can give me money, but putting the thought into what you're gonna by for someone that they'll like and then wondering the malls trying to find it - that's a gift!

My fave, so far (one more Christmas and a New Year's Eve to go!), is the coat i got - beauuuuuuuuutiful!!! In a huge box with a big bow on it...so pretty

My other favourite gift was a beautiful citrine necklace I received from my mum :hearts:

The meat scented cologne by Burger King. It's called Flame and it's a body spray. "The scent of seduction with a hint of flame-broilled meat" they say.

We'll see how good it is. I expect it to work 50% of the time, every time.
