Markus is like, the coolest coach ya
---------------------------------------------------

"The injury still bothers him quiete a bit, it hurts when he serves
and it is inflamed (the tendon). It is in the tendon that inserts
into the bone."

Yesterday Coria didnt touch the raquet and went to see Doctor
Gordon - a specialist on these kinds of injuries. "It all depends on
the pain" said Markus. "If there is pain, he needs to rest. The idea
here is for him to recover."

Q.How do you see the things especialy taking into account that there
are two weeks for the Games to start?

"I think he is going to be alright. The problem is next week."

Q.That means Cincinnati is complicated...

"We'll see - that's what I think."

Q.He said that he was serving well during the practice. This was a
surprise for you?

No, it has been a month since the last time he served, and we
started to serve last friday, three days before the tournament
started. He did it a day and a half without pain but then he started
to feel some pain again. The point here is to be ok. If it hurts,
its tough, if he gets better he'll play everything. The recovery
depends on each person, it is hard to tell whats going to happen in
advance."

Q.What are you going to do now?

"We'll follow up here with the doctors and then we will leave maybe
the day after tomorrow."

Coria said on the press conference "if the shoulder is not well I
will go back to Argentina. I want to get to the Games 100%, that's
why I didnt want to rush. I thought everything was fine but it was
not. Tendinitis is something complicated and there is a need to rest
until it dissapears."

He ´has a wonderful coach. I want Guille exactly to do the same. He'll come back and kick asses. No matter when or where. But we all know he'll be back...
BETTER AND STRONGER THAN EVER BEFORE!!!! ;)

I personally still feel parting company with Blengino was a mistake on Coria's part as they had built a winning formula in my opinion - not counting the French Open final obviously which was different.

I don't enough about the coaches to comment on them or their influence on him BUT I do think he has had a lot of change in his life (big stuff) in a very short period of time . . . like he is looking for a solution or some sense of peace . . . maybe he just needs to be patient until the pieces fit together and sometimes it just takes time . . .
