Match with nothing after it's name - Just pick the winner
Match with SR after it's name - Pick the winner and the sets (Ex: Arthurs 2-1)
Match with PTS after it's name - Pick the whole score (Ex: Arthurs 6:7 7:6 6:1)

TT Rules

TT Changes 2009 - The Board decision

1. Number of SR matches
- All matches as SRs, though a maximum of 20 (mostly needed at Slams).

2. SR System
- No more SR winners rule (even in Slams). If a match is tied, it goes straight to correct SRs.
If these are tied, the person who gives more sets to the winners will decide.

3. PTS System
- the old system won the poll, no change

4. Doubles at the TMC
- the current system won the poll, no change

5. Wildcards
- Not being implemented.

6. Match deadlines
- Managers will set a deadline at which no more picks will be allowed, even if a point hasn't been played.

7. Late Picks
- No late picks allowed, even if there are no LLs available. Other player will be given a w/o.
If both players don't send, then late picks > no picks. Also 0 points > no picks (in a 2-day round sending on one day is enough to avoid a walkover).

8. Protected Ranking (PR) and Special Exempts
- As per now. Adam will run the SE thread with others helping out if necessary.

9. Sending picks incorrectly
a) If someone sends before OOP is posted then no punishment.
b) First time = a warning (manager should PM the player back)
c) Second time = a point penalty
d) Disqualification

City information

Bucaramanga is a municipality and capital city of the department of Santander, Colombia. Bucaramanga is Colombia's fifth most important city and seventh-largest metropolitan area (2005 census: 553,046, metro pop. 979,040), and has rapidly grown much since the 1960s, mostly in the neighboring municipalities.

Local manufacturing, especially of textiles and shoes, has struggled in the face of legal and contraband imports in recent decades. The city is the base of the Colombian Petroleum Institute (ICP), the research branch of the state oil company Ecopetrol, and the Colombian Natural Gas Company (Ecogas).

Girón was the first and most significant town founded by Spanish colonizers in the region, and Bucaramanga (founded in 1622) did not overtake Girón in population or economic significance until the early 1800s. In the 1860s and 1870s the city attracted a core of German merchants and adventurers (the most famous of whom was Georg von Lengerke), and tensions between the newcomers and local merchants flared in 1879. With the political reorganization of 1886, Bucaramanga replaced Socorro as departmental capital. The region (although not the city itself) was devastated by the civil war of 1899-1902, commonly known as the Thousand Days War and Bucaramanga grew only modestly in the first half of the twentieth century.

Bucaramanga is also known as the "Ciudad de los Parques" ("The City of the Parks") and "Ciudad Bonita" ("Pretty City"). The city is served by one transportation terminal and the Palonegro Airport, which is located west of the city. In general, the more prosperous areas are along and above Carrera 33 (Cabecera area) and to the south, over the Viaduct in Floridablanca (Cañaveral area), while the poorest areas are to the north (Kennedy area). The site of the old airport, the last big piece of undeveloped land on the plateau itself, was turned into middle-class apartment housing (Ciudadela Real de Minas) in the 1980s. The government center for the city and department, built around the old colonial plaza, is several blocks removed from the commercial center of the city. The departmental university, the Universidad Industrial de Santander (UIS), is in the northeastern part of the city; there are several private universities of varying quality.

I'm just updating the Singles Deadline and doing a first update in the Doubles List. I'm just giving my colaboration with the next manager and the players. :angel:

Thanks for the advice and I agree with you. I guess that the next manager should open a new thread because in this, it would be very confused to check the draws, diffs, the updates and OOP.
