In the last game just before match point in the long rally which resulted in match point, I saw nadal with his hands on his knees panting, I have never seen that with him, is that the first time you have seen it too?

You know ever during the whole monoFed phase, Fed never was seen panting and on his knees. Maybe he's mentally toughest out there?

Injured my ass. He got his ass kicked.

Go back watch Faustão or whatever middle age women watch in Brazil.

I thought the title said on his hands and knees at first, I was gonna say, bit of an exaggeration! It certainly was a sign of weakness and we don't see it too often from Nadal, possiby helped Murray through that match point (and some bizarre play from Nadal).

I've seen him do this only once, and he ended up losing that match as well. I can't remember which match it was.

Yes. Every year he played at US Open. He was ragged last year and even had a fall?? Sitting on the court with both legs stretched out?

Or was it at AO???

I think the drop shot idea was more because of nerves rather than tiredness.

Strange because Muzza looked so tight on the break points early in the 4th, but after that seemed to totally relax and Nadal was the one who looked nervous.

Fed trains with Mirka. She takes him to places that no other player can...

Have you ever remained on topic in relation to the thread?

Indian Wells 2005 against Hewitt after the famous rally. He looked dead but at the same time was smiling.
