Well I like Robby, but I expected David to win the Match. But since I'm a fan of David's also I can't complain about the Match ;) I find the Spanish players simply irresistible :inlove:

Rock on David, rock on. He played a great match. he is headed up towards #3 in the world. he does it quietly but solidly. Fortunately for him, the media has not attacked him and his life yet.

David lost to Gasguet 3-6 3-6. He never looked comfortable out there. Things got worse in the 2nd set when he seemed to hurt his knee. He took a medical timeout and had tape put under his knee to support it. His movement looked okay but I think it was still bothering him a great deal.

Gasquet played a good match and deserved to win.

Yes, David was limping a bit and had to have the trainer out for his knee, which definitely hampered his serve in the 2nd set -- too bad. That first set was great -- high level tennis and lots of great shotmaking from both guys!! The smaller GS = Grandstand Court is good for atmosphere! ;)
