It might be my culture or whatever, but Murray is not really English, he is Scottish right? What does it mean to dislike/like someone?

Britain has no else to support. :(
I hate Djokovic because I saw his match against Monfils in the US Open a long time ago - he was disgraceful. Can't change my opinion of him after that match. A disgrace to tennis.

Tell me honestly, did you cheer for other (non UK) players when they play against Henman at Wimbledon in past?

She's as female as they get and has the hots for Nadal (or at least his ass) and I think she has a thing for southern European men in general.

OMG, that comment was great :spit:

Main thing is that Nalbandian is good to get some wins over Federer again, that's the only matches I like him :D And we know how Nalbandian holds Fedjerk's numbers especially in indoor tournaments later the season.
And I'am glad he only holds fed # and not nadal's.:haha::haha::haha:

Silly argument, and to be honest, you're just pathetic. So now Nalby, who's No. 8, was actually "playing like the No. 300," so it doesn't count? And Wawrinka did get his points for No. 9 before the final, so while it may not have been official when Djokovic played him, Wawrinka had already made the wins that guaranteed him No. 9 the following day.

Djokovic beat Roddick, then Rafa, then Roger in Montreal. He beat Ferrer and Federer at AO and the guy who took out your fave. He beat Nadal at IW. Your claim that he hasn't really been tested by top seeds is pure garbage. He's one of the top three players in the world because of his quality, not because of hype. And you'll see that tomorrow, my friend.

The Nalbandian comment was tongue in cheek, of course. But I'm talking about this year. Every young player goes through a trial by fire in their second or third year. All I'm saying is that Novak has not, since the AO (which some say should have an asterick because of Fed's mono---I don't, but others do), had that trial. Before we start saying he is the next coming of Federer (more like Lendl), let's see what he can do when he has to play superior talent back to back. As my brother stated on Passing Shots, its not so much that a Roddick or Davy or Blake could beat him in a single match. Its that the cumulative effect has yet to be determined: because of his easy draws during the entire season since IW.

As far as I am concern it's OK. I dislike Tipsarevic.

You know Serbs have a little bit of Celts blood. Any you know why we like so much Celtics, Rob Roy, their history. And you know very well why Skots & Irish learn so easy our kolo, or if you like...the easiest for us is to learn their folk dances.

I'd been in 'Kolo' for 7 years, I know.

Yeah, what blood do we not have. Slav, Illyrian, Celt, Turk, Magyar, Greek, Latin, Avar, Goth, etc. Anything missing? But yeah, I do see certain similarities between Irish/Scots/Welsh and certain Balkan peoples and also a similarity to the peoples of the Caucasus.

What's even funnier is, if you add in another really comfortable set, (say 6-3?), that is the extent to which Rafa trashed Frauderer just a week ago in Paris. Impressive, no?;)

Since you are English, maybe the reason YOU don't like Murray is because he hates the English. As Murray so succintly put it - `I really HATE it when people call me English. I'm SCOTTISH'.

Andy's ANTI-ENGLISH comments were even discussed by the Scottish Parliament!

Here's what Andy thinks of the English/`British' work ethic from his autobiography HITTING BACK -

I'm away a lot of the time but I turn up at the National Training Centre in Roehampton, the multi-million pound headquarters of British tennis and no one is there. I'm often looking for a partner to hit with.

A large number of British players only practise half the days in the year. The LTA have built the facilities but the players don't make the best use of them. When I go to the gym there never seems to be anyone in there.

There is something wrong with the mentality and work ethic of most of the British players. There doesn't seem to be anyone who's brutally honest about it either
