Well, I've only rarely watched movies more than once. Besides, they all lose something upon repeated viewing.

PennyThePenguin
07-11-2004, 01:52 PM
well. yeah... but i tend to pick up things from repeated viewings too. even if i've watched it umpteen times. and if there's a long break between watching it, u gain new insight to with respect to the themes and stuff. like... when u're a kid and watching sound of music, u wouldn't get all the stuff abt WWII so it's refreshing watching it again in ur teens or later.

hehe... not always. if the movie completely bores me to tears the first time round, i wouldn't even bother coming back for seconds even if i wanted to understand what was going on... the boredom would overpower the curiosity. hehe... but to each his own i guess... :D

Don't laugh. It's a Belgian movie, a very simple, heartwarming love story which is beautifully shot. I don't remember where it got its name from but I guess because it gives a very honest and at the same time fairy tale like picture of Brussels.
