I can do the scoring points for one tournament on weeks that I don't have full-time occupation on either WTA or ATP...

I have Palermo (WTA) July 19 and Stockholm (WTA) on Aug 2...
so I can do scoring points for Amersfoort or Stutgart July 12, Toronto July 26 and Sopot Aug 9...
count me out for any duty during the Olympics...

Nitsansh, I can do a league table for tournament next week, I don't know about further.
I'd love to run the tourny with less players in it.

But still I'd suggest that we'd have not more then 2 tournaments in one week. Even this week I don't think there's a real need to run tournaments with 8,9 players.
Maybe we should do some kind of polls in current tournaments thread, which tournament players'd love to play & then choose 2 most popular.
Or choose 2 most popular from commitment thread, and players that chose 3rd one can player in any of the other two??
I just don't think it's wise to run 3 tournaments per week, when we have so few people to run them.
Ok, that was only my opinion! :D

If one tournament has to drop, I suggest it would be Amersfoort next week and Umag the week after.
Those are smaller tournaments than Stuttgart and Kitzbuhl (less ranking points).
Los Angeles and Indianapolis should stay because they are on different surface and different continent.

However, if there is a reasonable # of players and a manager for all tournaments, we'll keep them.

The commitments are divided like this:

Week of July 12: Stuttgart 22, Los Angeles 15, Amersfoort 6
Week of July 19: Indianapolis 17, Kitzbuhl 15, Umag 6.

IMO, 6 players is too low for a tournament...

Next week I will run Los Angeles in the case of Amersfoort will be dropped.
If in Amersfoort we will have more than actual commits I will run this.

Then, I will run Kitzbuhel if Umag will be dropped. If for Umag we will have more than actual commitments I will run this.

The question is... how late can we wait before making a decision to cancel a tournament?

i think there should be at least 12 commitments for a tournament for it to be played

I agree with you, especially cos not everyone who commited actually plays later. :)
