@@ Clijsters definitely for women; she's probably not going to play for the rest of 04 due to her ongoing wrist problem>_<...
Kimmy has 4-Slam Finals appearances for ZERO titles>_<...{also 5-6 SF's}

Mark Poo Scud Dud~~ 6-times to 2nd week of Wimbledon, 2-Slam Finals & three knee operations; not able to play any Slams in 01 Season!

Coria~~ biggest Choke at FO final but he'll get more chances@@.

I would say David as since August 2003 he has been sidelined with a wrist injury (3 months), an ankle injury (2 and a half months) and the present rib injury (estimated to be a couple of months). It is a great achievement that he still remains in the Top 10 for both Champions' Race and Entry System. I guess a lot of players have lots of problems though - Grosjean seems to have lost a lot of time through injuries in the past couple of years, and also Ferrero this year.

It{s between David and Guille definitely...David was inactive more time, but Willy had more troubles during matches...and finals they were......so...

[FONT=Impact] MONICA SELES IS BY FAR. WHO ELSE HAS BEEN STABBED ON COURT. WHO KNOWS WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF SHE DID NOT GET STABBED.

YoursTruly
07-03-2004, 04:31 PM
Yes, I was looking at my picks and I had a feeling I was missing someone very important. Monica is definitely an unlucky player. Not just the stabbing, but her injuries again and again. But when you look closer, she is a lucky player because of the love of her sport and how much support she has.
I hope she comes back.

How do you mean 'unlucky'? With injuries and stuff or in his private life?? Ooooh! I see! Well I voted for 'others', because I didn't know what you guys meant, but now I would vote for Guillermo Coria, because of his kidneystones and now his injuries at his leg and shoulder and stuff! The poor thing! He's my favourite! And he needs a few weeks off! REST GUILLE!!

Ferrero, i really feel sorry for him  Had he not been injured, he would still be atleast World #2. Nalbandian and Mauresmo, are always plagued with injuries   Two of my favourite players too. And i dont understand why. They both are very physically fit and physically gifted. I didnt use to like Kim, but i do feel really sorry for the injuries that have plagued her this year.

Ofcourse, i will never forget Seles.  She had the potiental to be possibly the greatest ever, the way she was dominating, then one man changes her whole career, her whole life.

Nalbandian is not a good player...he has not win a single singles tittle since 2002 that's not bad luck He seems to be a choker. :wavey:

I think Serena is the most injured out of all those, and shes actually a contender for Slams, not like players such as Mark P or Pavel. She suffered a serious injury while she was at her peak and dominating, and shes taking a while to get back to that level. I dont think Mark would have won Slams even if he hadnt had knee problems, and i dont think Coria would have won the tournaments he missed due to injury.

Pfft. Dont pay attention to that person. Thats not the 1st bad post i've seen from them. :( And since he's already #4 in the world without a title this year, that shows you how much his ranking will improve once he starts winning more titles :)

He might be number 4 in the world but he does not have a single major title(or small title) to justify this. I'm not doubting his ability as a player, but surely a bit more is expected of a world no 4

Er no, I don't like him, big deal. It doesn't mean I don't see his talent, even if thats difficult for you to understand. He clearly is not up for the big occasion, although that may come in time.

JC is the most unlucky player this year!
Chickenpox + injuries which lead him to such a poor form.
I really hope he can bounce back very soon!

Why the hell is Roddick there?? Ferrero should be there in stead of him. he's been really unlucky  Besides, women shouldn't be in the list either, this is MENStennisforums... anyway, Ferrero is the most unlucky, at least this year.
