Volandri, ranked #42, perfectly illustrates the flaw in the ATP schedule. He's 2-12 on hardcourts in the last 12 months and it's not like he's one of the best players on clay either.

Qureshi would make it into the top 50 if there were as many grass events at ATP and Challenger level as there are on clay.
