Well, to be fair to the guy he has still earned his place in the MD...he wasn't given a favour or anything. It is other players' fault that he isn't ranked lower...and, as concerns the last part of your comment, if he continues his current trend of results, soon he won't be taking up spaces in ATP draws anyway. ;)
