hahaha yeah:p but: your classmates and teachers were at school when you were op tv, weren't they?

Nymeria
06-29-2005, 11:41 AM
nope, it was not live ;) it was in teh studio sport programm around 5 pm (the one we watched not too long ago :p) so they could've seen me! Though I was still too happy my flag (and I) made it to the tv :p to be too afraid of punnishment :p

Pancakesong
06-29-2005, 11:43 AM
haha ok:p

and you weren't punished, or were you?:)

Nymeria
06-29-2005, 12:20 PM
nope they really did believe I was in the hospital and didn't see me on tv  though I didn't wear the shirt I did wear that day for the next two weeks :p

Pancakesong
06-29-2005, 07:08 PM
huh?

Nymeria
06-29-2005, 07:10 PM
well I was afraid that if they had seen me and they would see that shirt, that they would remember I was on tv :p so I thought it would be best if I didn't wear it for a while

Pancakesong
06-29-2005, 07:11 PM
oh haha:p

Nymeria
06-29-2005, 07:15 PM
you got very long post again :p

Pancakesong
06-29-2005, 07:29 PM
haha yeah I;m very proud of that post:cool:

Nymeria
06-29-2005, 07:30 PM
it is a typical anna-and-zwaan-style :p you both often post in that style :p

Pancakesong
06-29-2005, 07:33 PM
yeah the famous lakmaker way of posting

Nymeria
06-29-2005, 07:35 PM
 I guess I am not a big fan of the lakmaker style :p

anyway I am off again, I am so tired. See you :wavey:

Pancakesong
06-29-2005, 07:38 PM
:wavey: slaap lekker!

willie
06-29-2005, 10:24 PM
i didnt replace guille with andy, is only for wimbledon, i still think guille is the best:)

Nymeria
06-30-2005, 06:41 AM
I hope Andy will lose vs. Johansson :p

kandykane
06-30-2005, 10:27 AM

Sommarsverige
06-30-2005, 11:37 AM
Yes, Guille is the best, but I can understand that you stange your avater for Wimbledon, Willie ;)

But I also hope that Thomas will win against Roddick :)

Pancakesong
06-30-2005, 02:51 PM
I hope Thomas and Roger will go to the final, and I hope oli and Kim for the mixed doubles  they are sooo cute together

Pancakesong
06-30-2005, 03:29 PM
my 3399th post!
actually I wanted to celebrate my 3333rd post but I was too busy with cheering guille that day I forgot it, I noticed my posts when I was at 3343:o

Deco
07-06-2005, 10:37 AM
congratulations:yippee:

Pancakesong
07-06-2005, 10:57 AM
thanx:hug: hey zwaan is het neit tijd om ons aan te kleden hehe?

Nymeria
07-06-2005, 10:57 AM
I am getting quite close to a number to celebrate as well  I think maybe in 2 weeks already I can post my 30K  (though it might take longer coz I might be busy this weekend)

Nymeria
07-06-2005, 10:58 AM
Hey Anna, isn't it time to speak English? :p

Pancakesong
07-06-2005, 10:58 AM
you can post 2000 posts in two weeks?

Pancakesong
07-06-2005, 10:59 AM
Hey Anna, isn't it time to speak English? :p haha yeah sorry

Nymeria
07-06-2005, 10:59 AM
yep I can :p if I have days like yesterday in it (a few hundred posts a day). In some weeks I post over 1000 posts a week :o

Nymeria
07-06-2005, 11:00 AM
but you are right, since I won't be on all the time this weekend, it will take at least 3 week s:p

Pancakesong
07-06-2005, 11:01 AM
haha I think for me it wouyld take 2 months:p

Nymeria
07-06-2005, 11:02 AM
but look for example at 'the fanclub' it is not even a month old and I got 1300 posts already there, add my posts in the Dutch thread to that amount and the posts I got in the forums as NT and this one. Then you a get a lot of posts a week :p

Pancakesong
07-06-2005, 11:06 AM
yeah:p

Nymeria
07-06-2005, 11:09 AM
and almost none of my posts are something like only "yeah" :p

Pancakesong
07-06-2005, 11:19 AM
 you know, I think you just have more to say, I'm boring:p

Nymeria
07-06-2005, 11:20 AM
nah you are not boring  I am just a bit more talkative on the board :p

Pancakesong
07-06-2005, 06:33 PM
 hehe you could say that yeah.. ;)

Deco
07-06-2005, 08:20 PM
hola! OI'll chat here with you, cuz msn is broken:rolleyes:

Nymeria
07-06-2005, 08:21 PM
yeah I noticed that. So what did you think of the three interviews?

Deco
07-06-2005, 08:30 PM
I haven't read the last one yet, will do that right now. but the other two are really funny:D (especially the one about the make-up;) )

Nymeria
07-06-2005, 08:32 PM
yeah I do like these three most actually :) the others are going 'too far' if you understand what I mean, we really wanted to write an interview and then you don't get good ideas. These three came when we had an idea and thought maybe we could write an interview

Deco
07-06-2005, 08:36 PM
hehe yeah that's proably better than wanting to much writing sth funny:p

Nymeria
07-06-2005, 08:42 PM
That's why I also love the worst poem I ever wrote, but it was so funny when I did type it (I did type it in just a few seconds) it was something like:

feet feet feet feet feet
if I will ever meet
Roger Federer, I can tell
I will ask him if I can smell
his lovely feet I adore
and I might ask him a bit more
my face will be very red :o
but I want to post a report in this thread

Deco
07-06-2005, 08:45 PM
hehehe yeah you've told me this poem once already:p but it's still funny indeed:p

ayy love the interview about Rafa and Roger!!:haha:

Nymeria
07-06-2005, 08:48 PM
yeah I think I told you this poem when I was visiting you in Amsterdam...

yeah the one with rafa is good uh? I should read it again, I don't remember too much of it.

anyway I am off, see you :wavey: if I ever have another interview I will send it to you as well ;)

Deco
07-06-2005, 08:52 PM
ok sleep well!
okey;)
:wavey: I'm off too

kandykane
08-02-2005, 06:04 AM

Nymeria
08-02-2005, 09:29 AM
Jesper Gronkjaer used to play for ajax some years ago, he is from Denmark. A really great player, I have liked him from the beginning.

08-24-2005, 10:29 AM
 and what is your 2nd countdown for?

Nymeria

good idea btw. i love it

Nymeria
08-24-2005, 12:59 PM
Marco will be 24 soon, he's a month younger than Roger, they've known each other from a young age.

Thanks  I had it in mind for a while already, but I did add it coz Ste had the same idea. :)

Thanks again

I really like that sentence as well :) just had to add it, even while it makes my sig a bit big (I dislike big sigs :p). But it is kinda true, not that we are the same, but we really are alike, we have the same thoughts etc.

anyway I am going home now, so I'll be back tonight I think, hopefully we can chat again :)

It all started when I became a big Litmanen-fan (Finnish soccerplayer who used to play for my fave team ajax), in that time I had to write a report about a european country (I was still on primary school by then) and coz of Litmanen I choose Finland. I really fell in love with that country, the pics, the stories, the programms on tv. Sadly I didn't visit the country till I was 17 year old, but also when I was there, I did just love it.

I really like soccer, swimming, figure skating as well, I do not really follow volleyball (tho I know the Dutch team isn't doing well on the european championships :p) and I really love speed skating and cycling. Actually I follow almost all sports :)

cohka
09-21-2005, 09:45 AM
wooo :D Jari Litmanen??? hihi I started to like him and Sami Hyypia (and whole Liverpool) because they were Finns :D I was really happy that I could see 2 Finns in one team :p (other than finnish team :p)
oooh unfortunatelly I haven't been to Finland yet :( but I will :D last year I started to learn finnish language .... great really :p ooh and could you tell me if the country looks live as beautiful as on the pics???
I've noticed that you're favourite soccer team is Ajax :D (I was 2 years ago in Holland and from that time I also support some dutch teams .... hehe specially Groningen because I've lived there for a week :D (but unfortunatelly I can see only scores in the net :( ) and I have to say that you have really nice volleyball players :D although they didn't play well at the European Championships :p (I've seen them playing in Poland they won the whole tournament in which also played polish, chinese and norwegian teams)

I did just type a long reply on your message, and when I did click on "post quick reply" the board didn't post it coz it was currently closed for daily maintenance :fiery: I hate that! But here I go again, the message...

Yep Jari Litmanen, he really stole a part of my heart, I adore him. I will prolly never be such a big fan of anyone as I have always been of him. I really miss him on the Dutch soccer courts. It is so sad he's always injured, coz he really is a wonderful player, with the best charactar a soccerplayer can have :)
As long as you don't support PSV, I like it that you support Dutch teams. :p yeah Groningen is a nice team as well :)
Finland really is as lovely as on the pics, it really is worth a visit and I would love to go back to travel through the country, coz so far I have only seen a bit of the south (I have also been to Lahti, where Jari Litmanen is from :bounce: )
I do not follow volleyball that good, so I don't know any player, only Leeferink, but I guess she did stop playing already. The sports I follow best are speedskating, soccer, cycling and of course tennis.

cohka
09-21-2005, 12:10 PM
as far as I remember (I don't follow speedskating so much but I watch the news :D) there was a time when dutch speedskaters were best :D I don't know how is it now but I know they were for sure :p

ohhh I would like to go to Finland soo much .... Lahti, Kuopio, Oulu, Rovaniemi, Turku....and so on :D maybe one day I'll get enough money :p or I'll get married with director of NOKIA and move there :p  :rotfl: yeah right :D

hahaha so it is ok with me 'cause I don't support Eindhoven :D ... yet :p *joking* actually my favourite team is Juventus and still Liverpool (because of Hyypia :D) and maybe the only team from Germany .... Stuttgart and they've finally won in their league :p

Nymeria
09-21-2005, 12:18 PM
Holland has always been THE speed skating country with Norway, tho last years it was esp. Holland. You know, esp. in the mens competition we did rule, tho last year, 2 years we didn't do as good as the years before (still can't complain compared with other countries). And even while it is not the fastest speedskating stadium a world, I am sure most skaters love to skate in Thialf (the biggest Dutch speedstadium) coz of the crowd etc. We are known as big speedskating fans :) And I can tell you, if you are standing between the crowd there, it really is a lovely feeling :)

Of the places you named, I have only been to Lahti, most of my time (totally I stayed 3,5 weeks in Finland) I did spend in the region of Kotka. Strangest is, I really love everything of that country, everything Finnish is my fave, except for Nokia phones, I don't like them :o I really prefer Siemens (and I got a Samsung atm)

Good :yeah: and you better don't start supporting Eindhoven, or I'll stop talking to you I think  (just joking of course :p) Seems you got a great taste for soccer teams. Of course Ajax is my #1 team, but since I was a kid I have always loved Liverpool as well. And even while I really dislike Italian soccer, I do cheer for Juventus since quite a while already as well, because I did really like the team with Zidane, Davids and Nedved. Same as with Italy, I would never really cheer for Germany, in this case that is coz Germany and Holland do not really go together :p but if I have to choose a German team I go for Bayer Leverkusen

cohka
09-21-2005, 12:56 PM
haaa than I was right about speedskating :p yeah :D finally I've done sth well :p

I wanted to go at the university to study finnish language but they didn't open it this year :( oh gosh over 3 weeks in Finland ??? sooo cool :D can I ask you what have you been doing there ?? I mean you know.. if you were on holidays or you have friends/family there ?? I am soo excited because my mum promissed me that when I'll start study I can go to Finland during holidays :D so maybe next holidays I'll finally manage to go there :D

haha I also like Nedved most in Juve :D and I liked Edgar when he played there :D and I also don't like Italian league :p but I have to say that now I like whole Juve team :D not only Pavel :D ... hehe I know what you mean about going together with Germans :P I like stuttgart from that season I think because of Jesper Gronkjear ... I think I've supported all teams he played in :p
oh and although I don't like chelsea I have to say I like Arjen Robben he was really great at the European Champs in Portugal

Nymeria
09-21-2005, 01:08 PM
I would love to do a Finnish language course, but I don't think there is one in this region. And I don't want it as main subject, because I have no idea what I could do with it and I am bad in languages anyway :p
I did go on a holiday, a youth exchange. I did stay for 2 weeks in a hostfamily and for 1,5 week in a youth camp. It really was my best holiday ever, it was so lovely. I did go there 3 years ago, when I was 17 yo :) I really want to go back!

Wow seems we got some agreements there :p Gronkjear :hearts: another reason to agree :p he is a bit weird, but a lovely guy. I started to like him only just after he joined ajax, I was a bit sad when he left. But I know that is soccer, players come and leave. What I like least is that when they leave the country, you often hardly hear anything of them anymore. Is Jesper your fave player? :)
*puke* I really really really dislike Arjen Robben, I have to say he is a great player, and I just have to worship him for his game on the EC in Portugal (I think Holland thanked a lot of their result to him), but I really dislike him as person, I will never like him. He's such a typical PSV-player, will always dislike that kind. Doesn't mean I dislike all (ex)PSV-players, because I really like Van Nistelrooy and also Afellay (quite a young player, the new star of PSV)

cohka
09-21-2005, 01:18 PM
:D yes I think I like Jesper most.....oh maybe not I am not sure about that ... haven't seen him playing for a while but he definitely was my fave player :D I even went to a match of polish national soccer team to see Denmark and Jesper in action :D
ohh i didn't know that you'll hate Arjen that much .... in fact I didn't know he played for PSV i just saw him during EC and he was to good :D I haven't heard anything about him but I jus like him playing :P thats all :p

and I must back to Finland subject :p oh you are soo lucky :D and what can you tell about finnish ppl ?? because I've met some on the net and I liked them so much ..... here in Poland we have a lot of stereotyphes about every probably nation and it is soo funny when Finns are just joking about it :D and of course I love their music scene :p (once again what I don'y love there ??:p)

Nymeria
09-21-2005, 01:27 PM
Sadly I have never been to a soccermatch before, I would love to go there once, but I know I wouldn't feel too happy there. I mean I love the soccer, the game, but not the kind of people in the crowd, I am so not the kind of a soccerfan. Most of the people who know me say that they are surprised when I say I am a soccer-fan.
Arjen used to play for PSV before he did go to chelsea, and before that he played for Groningen (I guess you like that :p). But I really really really dislike him, I am so happy he did never play for ajax so far.

I cannot really judge about Finnish people, I of course have met many of them, but they are a bit strange, tho really friendly. But very different to Dutch people. But I didn't meet any unfriendly Finnish person there, but well I guess you got friendly and unfriendly people everywhere.

cohka
09-21-2005, 01:41 PM
in fact I also don't like ... well maybe no don't like but I am afraid of the atmosphere at the football matches :p I just love the atmosphere at the volleyball matches :D it is soo gr8 and it is such strange feeling what you see wooo much ppl in one place singing same songs and don't even look at you like they want to kill you :p
haa I didn't know he played for Groningen :p (should start to dislike Groningen than ?? :p)

yes sure you're right about ppl .... you find everywhere different ones ... friendly and unfriendly .... ech I should stop to generate ppl by thos whom I've met :p because it is always same with me if I met someone nice in one country I think that most of them are such :p don't know why :( I was at the school exchange in Groningen and 2 times I was very lucky with the dutch ppl :D my host family was soo nice :D and everyone could talk with me in English (in Poland it is rathet hard to find older ppl who can speak English ... ususally if they know other languages it is russian, german or french:p) it was great :D and they wanted me to feel the best :D i sometimes miss them still :o

Nymeria
09-21-2005, 01:47 PM
yeah indeed... I love the atmosphere of speedskating matches most I think, I mean the big tournaments in Holland, it is the best there is I think. And I really love to visit tennismatches as well! Of all sports, that is the one I did visit most, where I spent most of my money on. Dunno what I like most, I really love the normal tournaments, have only once been to a Davis Cup tie, and that was a hard tie to judge the atmosphere on, coz the Dutch crowd was kinda unfriendly and I was cheering for the opponent while it was a home match for Holland :p I am sure I am going to like the next DC tie I visit more (which will be the one of Switzerland this weekend).
You do like Robben, so you shouldn't dislike Groningen :p and you don't have to dislike a team coz you dislike a player. I also dislike some (ex)players of ajax, but taht doesn't mean I will always cheer for the team :p

Well that is Holland uh? :p Almost all Dutchies speak English, all on a different level of course, and some might be too shy to speak it well. But almost all people can speak English. And most of them also are able to speak German quite well. At secundary school we get four languages, of course Dutch, English and German, and the 4th language is French. And on some schools they have the choice for an extra language. Sadly I have never been good in them, so I failed almost all my tests and am still unable to speak languages :p

cohka
09-21-2005, 02:06 PM
so why I am still talking with you ??:p I shouldn't understand you :p joking of course :D untill I understand you your English is perfecto for me :D in Poland we usually learn polish and english(sometimes german) and than we start to learn 3rd language (I've chosen russian :p great language nice alphabet ..... but after those 3 years I can only tell you stories about Moscow, St Petersburg, Russia, russian rivers and so on but I can't tell what's my name :p that was how my teacher taught us :p) and I think it is much easier to talk in English with not native speakers :D it is always hard to me to start conversation with an Englishman :p because I am sure I will say sth wrong and he won't understand me :(

i haven't seen too much tennis tournaments only few challengers in my home town and I once been to Sopot because my cousin was than an umpire (I think only at the qualis) and we went with his parents there :D and I also like the atmosphere but I hate it when someone's mobile phone is calling :| :p I've never been to DC but I bet the atmosphere is a little bit different than :P I would like to go to Bratislava now but it wasn't sur about my studies till the end of August and than there was no tickets ;(

Nymeria
09-21-2005, 02:12 PM
I have to say that I did learn most of my English since I did start posting on the board and did start to travel alone (so I am the one who has to speak to others). Yeah I also prefer to speak in English to others, instead of German or something. I don't mind to speak in English, coz others know it's not my first language, so they'll accept mistakes. I am way more shy to speak in Dutch, coz they expect me to speak it perfect :p

I did visit my first tourny in 2002, and since then I did visit at least 2 a year. 2 tournies in 2002, 2 tournies in 2003, 3 in 2004 and this year I am on 2 now but will of course soon go to the DC. But I usually go only one day/tourny. Tho this year I did go 4 days to Rotterdam, and I will of course go 3 days to the Davis Cup now :)

cohka
09-21-2005, 02:23 PM

I am going there alone :bounce: I prefer to travel alone than with my parents. But I will be there with some swiss people, I know them from this board and rf.com. We all sit in the same area and got a hotel booked together. So I won't be 100% alone, but I am traveling alone

cohka

Thanks a lot :) I guess I will have fun and I hope the Swiss team will win :yeah: I'll write a report afterwards and post the link here, even while this is not a Swiss forum, there might be more people interested in my Chiudi-stories :p

recognizable is hard, you know, coz everybody will be dressed in red-white. But I'll be loud for sure, Anna & Zwaan (Pancakesong and Deco are their nicks on the board) can tell you that I can cheer really loud. Last time in Rotterdam they could hear us on the court, and we were like sitting quite far from there. :p Oht we had such a funny time during that match  I keep laughing when I think of it.

cohka
09-22-2005, 08:24 AM
hahaha I believe you :D I can also be loud so I know what you mean :D haha and sometimes I don't know if I should scream or laugh :D (probably I shouldn't do anything :p) ..... I think I need to go to a match  yes this is it :p

 I think I've seen you have fan club on the swiss board :worship: :D

Nymeria
09-22-2005, 08:36 AM
I am usually quite silent, I hate screaming loud, but when I visit a match I sometimes forget that :o And that results in funny moments. This year in Rotterdam Schalken was playing Pavel, and everybody was cheering for Schalken,e xcept for me. So it was me vs. everybody, really, the whole crowd cheering schalken schalken schalken, and I was cheering andrei andrei andrei. so when I saw it later on tv you really heard really loud "schalken" and then one lil voice "andrei" and that many times in a row. But the whole crowd was reacting on my "andrei" so as soon as I shouted, they did all answer.

Nymeria
09-22-2005, 08:37 AM
and yes, I indeed got a fanclub in Roger's forum :p tho I don't have too many fans

cohka
09-22-2005, 08:54 AM
 I had few similar moments :p I was in my home town at the challenger and Fabrice Santoro was playing with one Pole .... and I was like "ALLEZ FABRICE" all the time :p and than Gilles Simon was playing my 2nd favourite Pole and I really didn't know whose name should I shout...but I thaught "everybody is screaming Adam so I'll be after Gilles" :p and one more time it was BIG and LOUD ADAAAAAM!! and two little voices: ALLEZ GILLES (well ok maybe not so little :p 'cause my voice can be strong :o )
and sth different .... I was at this volleyball tournament (with Poland, Holland, China and Norway) and after 1st day I became biggest fan of norwegian team :p as a result they took last place :( but we had fun .... the best moment was when the reserve players started to support thair team and they shouted "NORGE" :D and I also :p and after 15/20 minutes whole Poles were after Norwegians :D (of course not with the match against Poles)

09-22-2005, 09:03 AM
well funniest on that Rotterdam-day was that the stadium was sold out, even places where they couldn't sit were people sitting, and I don't know how many people can visit it, but it is the biggest indoor atp tourny, so it is quite big. And they could even hear my voice on the court, while I was in the top of the stadium, so it must have been really really loud :o And I also made it to the tv that day :bounce: coz I was sitting there with my Argentinean flag :)

cohka
09-22-2005, 09:10 AM
soo there had to be good acustics :D i can't wait when I'll try myself (and my voice :o )in such big tourny :D ohh and tell me if you're so high in the stadium can you still see quite well the court ?? because I was always wondering if those places are ok

Nymeria
09-22-2005, 09:15 AM
yeah it really gives you a kick when you are doing that, cheering so loud that everybody can see and hear you.
you can still see quite well, even when you are in the top, it's more the corner where you are sitting which says if you see enough, than if you are more to the top or more to the court. But of course the Rotterdam stadium is still not as big as for example the USO stadium, then it's even harder to see it, but there you got big screens on all the time. Actually imo it's best to sit on the places where I was sitting all the time, because you can see everything really well, but a lot of people don't share my opinion. Of course nothing is as good as the very first row, or the VIP boxes. I did once sit in the VIP boxes, during a training of Federer on center court. And the rest of the whole stadium was empty. Taht was also such a wonderful feeling!

I don't know if VIP boxes are the best :D I am soo afraid of these gentlemen in suits :p hehe there is one gr8 tradition at the volleyball matches ... guys who are playing music always send greetings fore every sector and the best are when they are greeting VIP boxes: "for the most colorfull, the ones whoy are really enjoy it and have the biggest fun here...... ..... i mean when you want to watch the match it is great to have the best places but it is such strange feeling when you are so close to tye court and you scream :p i would feel like they hear my every word :p

Yep Marco is really a nice guy, and he was so friendly to me, he really was happy that I could enter the apero, coz even while he had wanted to help, he couldn't, coz he was with the team all the time. And then when he saw me behind the door there really was a big smile on his face. And the first thing he said was "hope you could enter the apero without problems" so nice... :hearts: sorry guille-fans,but I think the coming days my posts will be mostly about Chiudi :p

Great that you like the Swiss as well now  :p

Did you talked with him in german or rather English?? :D
:awww: it is sooo nice when a famouse athlete recognizes you and talk with you (and you know he is not like: "oh ah... go away I am too good for you" soooo great :D

I had such thing once .... but it was with volleyball players :p but still I am really happy about that :D

Nymeria

We talked in English, actually we were joking about it, coz Steffi and he were speaking German for a bit and then I asked for a translation and he said "but don't you understand anything at all? Dutch and German are simular" but luckily he translated for me what they were talking about :) he's so nice to me.

 yeah this time it was different, he didn't send me away, no he asked me to come outside to talk to him :p

I should know German, coz I live really close to Germany, and normal German I can understand if it doesn't go too fast. But this what they were speaking was Swiss German, and that is hard :p

What else would you like to hear?! I can continue talking about this weekend for ages! He is so great! :p but yes, he did translate it for me, he is really nice to me. It was so nice that he recognized me and gave me a hand and talked to me.

great that at least people don't mind to hear my stories  Coz I am quite sure there will be people complaining, esp. in the Dutch forum  coz I've been talking about chiudi there ever since I met him the first time in rotterdam this year :p

uhm, actually we did talk about a lot of things, he is really open, and I know that he likes talking, and so do I... on the last sunday he for example said that he didn't know Geneva very well, so that he couldn't tell me where I should go. And that I had to be carefull with my money, coz Switzerland is expensive :p

Our hotel was quite far from the courts, like 20 minutes by bus or something, but I did not really mind, the bustrip seemed to go quite quick, prolly coz we were in such a cheering mood the whole weekend :p

yeah it for sure was :) and we were there with a really great group, so we had fun all the time

The first time I met him was in Rotterdam, February this year. I didn't know him till then, but martijn (also a poster on this board) had told me that Marco is really great (he knew him from pictures only as well). So we did go to his first practise on saturday, and I did like Marco for sure. So we watched his match on that saturday and we were sitting there with my swiss flag, and after that I asked him to sign my flag, and took a pic with him. And by then he was not yet my #1 fave, but then when he left the place the end of the afternoon he saw me sitting, and he smiled at me, he recognized me from the flag of course. The day after we watched his training again and did visit his match again (which he sadly lost). And then we thought he would've left, but on monday he was still there for practise and we said a few things to him, like good luck at the coming tourny and the DC tie vs. Holland.
After that I wrote him an email (via his site) and he replied on it, that he was really surprised to see a Swiss flag in the crowd, that something like that never happened before. So prolly that's why he remembered me, added with of course that we saw him three days, we were everywhere where he was.
