Like I said on MSN, they can call him a faker as much as they want, it will never take this Grand Slam away. :dance:

I'm shaking :lol: and dancing around the room, but still skaing :rolls:

:worship::angel:

And I changed the thread title :lol:

Thanks Nole winning in 4 sets. Otherwise my house will be sparkling clean.

After he lost the first set, I started doing my laundry (in 2:30am :tape:) Then, I started cleaning up my kitchen. If he lost the 4th, I need to start cleaning the floor. :lol:

The crowd was annoying during this match... but that I can get over.

But Tsonga... I was indifferent to him coming into this match... but constantly complaining about the ball bouncing? Give me a break, he didn't even bounce it that much in this match. Tsonga was just being a poor sport and bitchy because he was losing.

Anyway, I'm so happy for Nole! I knew he'd be a grand slam champion, but I had no idea it would come this soon. :rocker2:

That's likely the strategy from Guy, Poiline or his coach. Trying to disrupt Nole's rhythm. Just part of the game.

Nole you're fabulous - we love you over here. Great speech as well..would have been so tempted to be very rude to certain sections of that Australian crowd. (Mind you - perhaps he was - don't know what he was saying in Serbian during the match. Any translations? Or perhaps we don't want to know?)

It's funny that haters here and even some "journalists" jumped on the behaviour of Novak's "entourage" courtside. But during the final, the entourage on Tsonga's side also had fist pumping, jumped up and down, etc but so far, I did not hear ONE single comment about them.

I do agree that the parents need to tone down a bit. Same for Nole's cockiness on court. (And don't get me wrong, I love his cockiness) Nole feeds on the support of the crowd although he also feeds on the negatives from the crowd. But he doesn't need to kill those people (umpire included) with his staredown. :angel:

I don't know how I am going to get through school tomorrow. My sleep pattern was completely thrown off last night, when I didn't get to sleep until a couple of hours after it was over because I was so excited I couldn't go to sleep.

No, unless they did it in Serbian :p Dijana was pretty friendly as far as I could see. I didn't talk to Srdjan, but he was pretty obliging when I asked him to help me take my picture with Marko and Djole.

Yeah Novak's quarter is awful. This isn't just superstition me saying it, I really mean it when I say:

The draw sucks.

:awww:

I mean you know the section is tough when you have Gulbis-Safin first round. I mean in his quarter there is Nalbandian, Ferrer, Stepanek, Safin, Hewitt, Baghdatis.. :unsure:

I almost dropped in after the Federer match, but I didn't want to change any of my behaviors during the tournament. 'Cause those things (listening to the same songs before each match, etc.) have a real effect on how the players play. :p
