I am not convinced, based on this victory, that Monaco can beat David. Dupuis is not on form, so that result is not indicative of what he can do against David. Unless he is still off-form (which I seriously doubt), David should get through this match.

Well I do like James...but Mardy is lovely too.....and I know what you mean about the obnoxious little people....I do have a sister who could be progressing that way...now as much as I love her...this is a prerequesite to being a tennis player in this country...no wonder I never made it....and I also like Greg...most of the time he shows true grit...but alas...I can't warm to Tim...it is a shame ;)

Funny - as people, I much prefer Tim to Greg. Tim is a real sweetie and so is Lucy (his wife) and little Rosie - haven't met the baby yet but the whole family normally come to Monte Carlo (including Tim's Mum to act as babysitter) so I may meet her next month.

He was 3-0 in this final set at one stage but seems he is having one of his many lapses in concentration :devil: As for Mariano - well Ollie Rochus is one of the "form" players of this year so far, so that was always going to be hard - must admit I had money on Ollie to win (not VCash - REAL money) so I can't be too sad because I need spending money in Monte Carlo!!

Sure hope so - though if it's on Sunday I won't see :devil: The only good thing for us in Europe though, will be that a match between two Argentines won't be considered a big draw in the States, so they won't get a night match and it'll be a more civilised time for us to follow.

Cool Rosie, electricity scares me so I'll never do anything for which I'm not totally qualified. I have some sockets to replace. That's all. Not that complicated. Plus, I always work with power off, so no risk at all. :) As for the plumbing stuff, well, difficult to explain exactly what I have to do but at the end of the day, if all goes well, having a shower will become a real pleasure, like in thalasso... :rolleyes: but cheaper! ;)

I've fixed it now but I don't feel like starting the things I had planned for this afternoon. :sad: My old age gets me lazier each and every day... :o
